      SOLUTION: The nonwoven fabric obtained by applying resin binder liquid on an aramide fiber web and drying is characterized by using an aqueous dispersion consisting of three components of (I) a self aqueous dispersing acrylated epoxy resin obtained by performing the esterification reaction of (A) a bisphenol A-epichlorohydrin-based epoxy resin with (B) an acrylic copolymer having carboxy group and neutralizing the carboxy group of the obtained acrylated epoxy resin with a basic compound, (II) a novolac resin and (III) a block isocyanate compound as indispensable components as the resin binder liquid.
