    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die casting die having an erosion resistance, seizure resistance and heat check resistance, and its manufacturing method.
      SOLUTION: The die casting die 1a is provided with a die substrate 2a and three layers. The surface roughness Ra of the hardened film 3 is 0.05-0.50 μm even in the case of being measured in every direction.
