摘要： Nach dem Trocknen der Oberfläche einer Verzinnungsschicht mit einer Dicke von 0,4 bis 3 µm, die auf einem Grundmaterials aus Kupfer oder einer Kupferlegierung durch Galvanisieren bei einer Stromdichte von 5 bis 13 A/dmin einem aus Wasser, Zinnsulfat, Schwefelsäure und einem Tensid bestehenden Verzinnungsbad gebildet wird, wird die Oberfläche der Verzinnungsschicht erhitzt, um das Zinn zu schmelzen, und danach gekühlt, um zu bewirken, dass eine Schicht der Verzinnungsschicht auf der Seite der äußersten Oberfläche eine Zinnschicht ist, die eine Struktur aufweist, die durch Erstarren nach Schmelzen erhalten wird, während bewirkt wird, dass eine Schicht der Verzinnungsschicht zwischen der Zinnschicht und dem Grundmaterial eine Kupfer-Zinn-Legierungsschicht ist, um ein verzinntes Produkt herzustellen, wobei eine Zinnschicht, die eine Struktur aufweist, die durch Erstarren nach Schmelzen erhalten wird, auf einer Kupfer-Zinn-Legierungsschicht gebildet wird, die auf einem Grundmaterial aus Kupfer oder einer Kupferlegierung gebildet ist, und wobei das verzinnte Produkt einen Glanz von 0,3 bis 0,7 aufweist.
