    • The present invention relates to a displacement control valve of a variable displacement compressor. The displacement control valve of a variable displacement compressor according to the present invention comprises: a valve housing having a crank chamber connection hole, a discharge chamber connection hole and a suction chamber connection hole respectively receiving a crank chamber pressure, a discharge chamber pressure and a suction chamber pressure of the compressor formed inside, and a 1st guide hole passing across the discharge chamber connection hole and the crank chamber connection hole; a valve body composed of a large diameter portion and a small diameter portion to open or close the entrance to the 1st guide hole, while making a reciprocating movement; an electromagnetic solenoid for reciprocably moving the valve body with electricity; and a sleeve member having a sleeve with a larger diameter than the small diameter portion, the sleeve member connecting between the small diameter portion of the valve body and the electromagnetic solenoid. Accordingly, as the amount of opening of the valve body is restricted by the sleeve member, a suction pressure (Ps) is maintained at a constant value, independent of an increasing discharge pressure (Pd), and thus control precision is improved.

    • The present invention relates to a control valve for a variable capacity compressor, comprising: a valve body having a crank-chamber port; a discharge port; a suction port; a control channel formed in the interior thereof so as to communicate the crank-chamber port and the discharge port with each other; a valve body formed by a first bleeding channel formed so as to communicate the crank-chamber port and the suction port with each other; an operating unit provided within the valve body and which has a second bleeding channel communicated from a center area toward a side surface thereof; and a driving unit provided within the valve body and connected to the operating unit so as to enable the operating unit to reciprocally move according to a current applied by an external source. When the compressor is in a normal state, the control channel opens and the first bleeding channel and the second bleeding channel close so as to enable a refrigerant in a discharge chamber to flow through the control channel and enter the crank chamber. When the compressor is in a bleeding state, the operating unit moves to close the control channel, and the first bleeding channel and the second bleeding channel are communicated with each other and opened, so that the refrigerant in the crank chamber flows through the first bleeding channel and the second bleeding channel and enters a suction chamber, thereby lowering the pressure in the crank chamber. Accordingly, a delay in the operation of the compressor caused by a liquid refrigerant may be prevented, and the operability of the compressor in an initial operating stage may be improved even when the compressor has not been used for a long period of time, thereby improving the performance of the compressor. Further, a non-magnetic material may be easily and firmly fixed so as to enable easy mass production and improved productivity.

    • According to one embodiment of the present invention, a capacity control valve for a variable capacity compressor comprises: a valve housing in which a crank chamber connection hole and a discharge chamber connection hole for receiving crank chamber pressure and discharge chamber pressure of the compressor, respectively, are formed, and in which a guide hole crossing the discharge chamber connection hole and the crank chamber connection hole penetrates through the valve housing, wherein a valve seat is formed at the entrance of the guide hole; a valve body which reciprocates so as to open/close the guide hole; and an electronic solenoid provided with an operating iron core for enabling the valve body to reciprocate when supplied with electricity (PWM control), wherein the electronic solenoid has a plunger chamber in which the operating iron core is installed, and the gap formed between the plunger chamber and the operating iron core is filled with fluid. Thus, the plunger chamber is filled with oil to suppress vibrations, caused by the movement of the operating iron core, from being transmitted to the valve body, or decrease such a transmission, thereby reducing vibrations and noise caused by the contact between the valve body and the valve seat.

When the electromagnetic clutch for a compressor according to the present invention is employed, an auxiliary rib is made to project from the resilient member, the thickness of the resilient member is formed so as to differ in the length direction, and an auxiliary resilient part is also provided so as to make side surface contact against the armature and resilient member, thereby producing the advantageous effect that it is possible to further reduce the noise and vibration which occur as the armature and the leaf spring member engage and separate from each other when the clutch is turned on and off.
