摘要： The present invention relates to treating a subject who has a small round blue cell tumor with a histone deacetylase inhibitor, particularly with an inhibitor that is Helminthosporium Carbonum toxin. Helminthosporium carbonum toxin reverses in nano mo lar dosage tumor cells from malignant towards benign. Conversion to benign is associated with activation of retinoblastoma tumor suppression networks. Stimulating tumor suppression pathways presents a novel approach to small round blue cell tumor therapy.
