    • A method for producing a hologram recording an interference fringe formed by an object light and a reference light on a photosensitive dry plate, and the object light either having diffusing and scattering characteristics or being passed through an optical diffusion body, mainly includes the following steps: In a first step, a ratio etaRO/etaOO of a first diffraction efficiency etaOO and a second diffraction efficiency etaRO, is calculated. The diffraction efficiency etaOO is dependent on two object light beams. The efficiency etaRO is dependent on the object light and the reference light. In a second step, the intensity EO of the object light and the intensity ER of the reference light is adjusted in such a way that the ratio etaRO/etaOO is set to at least 10 and the efficiency etaOO does not exceed 5%.A display device using the above hologram is structured by a display unit for generating a signal light; a hologram screen formed by either reflection or transmission hologram, and a projecting unit for projecting the signal light to the hologram screen.According to the present invention, it is possible to easily produce a hologram, for example, a screen hologram, having no cloudiness or cloudy state when an observer observes an image displayed on the screen, and to a display device using the above hologram screen.

    • A vibration-type angular-velocity sensor which can be reduced in size in the direction of the axis of the angular-velocity to be measured. A vibration body 11 comprises a pair of parallel driving plates 121 and 122 bent into a U-shape and extending in a Y direction, and a pair of detection plates 151 and 152 are so formed as to extend in mutually opposite directions in an X-axis direction by bending outwards the distal ends of the driving plates 121 and 122, respectively. The driving plates 121 and 122 are supported at a connecting plate 13 portion by a support member 14 in such a manner as to be capable of vibration. Piezoelectric devices 161 and 162 are bonded to the surfaces of the driving plates 121 and 122, respectively. When an A.C. voltage is applied, the driving plates are vibrated in mutually opposite directions. When a rotary angular-velocity, around the Z-axis of the sensor, generates a force in a Y-axis direction, due to the Coriolis effect, on the detection plates 151, 152, the Coriolis force is detected by piezoelectric devices 171 and 172. Accordingly, detection signals proportional to the angular-velocity are outputted from the detection piezoelectric devices 171 and 172.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an angular velocity sensor for reducing an unneeded vibration that deteriorates a detection accuracy. SOLUTION: An angular velocity sensor is constituted of a substrate 3 that is formed in a flat-plate shape, a vibrator 4 that is made of a piezoelectric single body and where various kinds of electrodes are mounted, and a fixing member 6 that is included between the vibrator 4 and the substrate 3 and is used to fix the vibrator 4 to the substrate 3. Also, the fixing member 6 that is adhered in one piece with the vibrator 4 is subjected to laser welding to the substrate 3 on the side surface (a surface that continues to a fixing surface 6b) of a connection part 32 while a fixing surface is directly adhered to the substrate 3. More specifically, the fixing member 6 is fixed to an area to the substrate 3 without including any foreign objects, thus retaining the vibrator 4 mounted to the fixing member 6 accurately and horizontally and hence preventing unneeded vibration components that prevent detection from being generated at the vibrator 4 for accurately detecting an angular velocity.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form the hologram onto a film by recording an image by using a hologram photographic plate in which the adhesion force between the film and a photosensitive agent layer, is stronger than that between a supporting base and the photosensitive agent layer. SOLUTION: A film material in which the adhesion force between a photosensitive agent layer 2 and a film 4, is stronger than that between a supporting base 1 and the photosensitive agent layer 2 in the stage before the recording of the hologram, is used as a hologram photographic plate having the photosensitive agent layer 2 on the supporting base 1, or the film 4 is adhered to the photosensitive agent layer 2 through an adhesive agent and a bond to be used as the hologram photographic plate, and then the film 4 and the photosensitive agent layer 2 are separated from the supporting base 1 after the hologram recording, to form the hologram. In this time, the film-shaped hologram can be made by selecting the film 4. In this case, the adhesion force of the transparent film 4, the adhesive agent and the photosensitive agent, should be stronger that between the supporting base 1 and the photosensitive agent, to separate the photosensitive agent from the supporting base 1 in the condition that the photosensitive agent is adhered to the transparent film side, when the transparent film 4 is separated.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain coincidence with a sight of line of a viewer by using a transparent hologram screen so as to generate a display image thereby picking up an image of the viewer seen through a rear side of the screen. SOLUTION: A display device 11 uses a back light source 12 to emit light to a display image on an LCD panel 13 and an image of a signal light 31 recording display information is formed onto a hologram screen 15 via an image forming optical system 20. The hologram screen 15 is provided with a diffusion plate consisting of a transparent hologram and a viewer 81 visualizes display information by a hologram diffused light 33 generated therein. The refracting characteristic of the hologram is matched so that a center angle of the diffused light 32 is in a direction of the viewer 81 at an incident angle of the signal light 31. The hologram screen 15 acts as a transparent plate in other angles and an image pickup camera 25 picks up an image of the viewer 81 in front of the screen seen through the rear side of the hologram screen 15. The incident light axis of the image pickup camera 25 is arranged close to a sight of line of the viewer 81 viewing the center of the hologram image.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a large-sized hologram capable of realizing full color reproduction in a required visual area by the use of a monochrome laser by individually exposing plural holograms, and then integrally arranging plural holograms through a connection means so as to hold two-dimensional spread. SOLUTION: Plural holograms 30 are individually exposed and then integrally arranged through the connection means so as to hold the two-dimensional spread. For example, in the case of dividing the hologram 30 into two up and down, the size of a diffusing body 24 required to satisfy the visual area of the hologram 30 after division is the size large enough to fit the outside of an area obtained by linking the viewing points 125a and 125b at both ends of the visual area 125 with both ends 30a and 30b of the hologram 30. The hologram 30 at a lower part is installed so that positional relation between a photosensitive member and the diffusing body 24 may keep the positional relation between the hologram 30 and the diffusing body 24 symmetrically with respect to a symmetry axis 70 linking a viewing point β in the center of the visual area 125 and the end 30b of the hologram 30.
