摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a woody floor material capable of serving to use for a long period without peeling or turning over from a groove in a decorative sheet of a surface exhibiting a sense of stereoscope and a sense of a high grade and forming a pseudo-joint. SOLUTION: A sectional V-shaped groove engraved on the surface of the base of the woody floor material is formed with a flat surface of a small width in its bottom with the structure having the much sense of the stereoscope, in which the decorative sheet adhered to the surface of the base is entirely closely contacted with the flat bottom without floating in the groove. Thus, the woody floor material adhered with the surface decorative sheet without possibility of bringing about a damage or turn-over is constituted.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a building decorative panel capable of forming the grooves formed between the mutually bonded parts of building decorative panels or surface grooves into a curved surface shape having soft appearance. SOLUTION: The upper edge parts of four peripheries of a substrate on which a sheetlike decorative material is laminated are chamfered by cutting and decorative grooves are processed in the surface of the substrate and an ultraviolet curable paint containing 70 weight % or more of a resin and having a surface tension of 28 dyne/am or more is applied to the entire surface of the substrate so that the thickness of a coating film after curing on the surface of the substrate becomes 40 μm or more to form the coating film layers on the chamfered surfaces or the inner surfaces of the decorative grooves into a curved surface shape.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wooden floor material with high dimensional stability of which foundation board is a medium density ligneous fiberboard (MDF). SOLUTION: On either obverse or reverse of the MDF, a number of grooves are formed to have a depth deeper than one half of thickness of the above MDF. The heart and the other side of the MDF are hardened under the condition that is penetrated polyurethane synthetic resin by coating polyurethane synthetic resin on the grooved side. The wooden floor material is constituted of the MDF foundation board that has the penetrated harden layer of synthetic resin on the both sides and has high dimensional stability, and a decorated surface board or veneer and a decollated sheet attached to both faces.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide wooden decorative flooring which can be accurately and efficiently adjusted in position relative to existing wooden decorative flooring as it is freely moved over a floor bed during construction, and which can be easily and firmly bonded and fixed to the floor bed by pressing it against the floor bed after the adjustment. SOLUTION: This wooden decorative flooring A has a double-coated adhesive tape 6 bonded to each side of the lower surface of the flooring main body 1 thereof and is bonded to a floor bed by means of the double-coated adhesive tape 6. A net-shaped object 7 is bonded to the lower adhesive layer 6c of the double-coated adhesive tape 6, and during construction the lower surface of the net-shaped object 7 is brought into sliding contact with the surface of the bed to allow smooth position adjustments as the wooden decorative flooring A is moved horizontally. After the position adjustments, the upper surface of the wooden decorative flooring A is pressed so as to settle the net-shaped object 7 into the adhesive layer 6c to bring the entire adhesive layer 6c into intimate contact with the floor bed.
