    • PURPOSE:To enhance the easiness in execution of works by placing reinforcing bars for differential rods in a shallow recess formed at the outer surface of a PC plate of a concrete form, embedding with one end exposed in the recess, and arranging the bars at the time of splicing while it is protruded to outside of the form. CONSTITUTION:Reinforcing bars 2 are embedded in a specified position on a PC plate 4 of a PC form embodied as a square cylinder, etc. Therein one-side ends 2a of the bars 2 are allowed to pierce the plate 4 and protruded in the cylinder, while the other ends 2b are exposed in the state accommodated in a recess 5. When the form is placed at the site of construction followed by bar arrangement for the splicing concrete, the bars 2 are protruded to outside of the form and installed in the form for the splicing concrete. This permits safe execution of works without risk of the differential bars protruding at the outer surface of the form until the bar arranging stage for the splicing concrete is reached, and at the time of reinforcement providing works for the splicing concrete, the differential rods are protruded and installation can take place simply, which should lead to enhancement of the working effectiveness to a great extent.

    • PURPOSE:To enable the arranging work of reinforcements to be simplified furthermore by connecting the vertical and horizontal reinforcements for composing main reinforcements, to shear connectors on PC board sides, in a state that the reinforcements are formed in the shape of a lattice. CONSTITUTION:A reinforced concrete wall is provided with an external wall board 1 formed with a PC board, and an internal wall board 2 formed with the PC board. On the surfaces confronted with each other, of the external wall board 1 and the internal wall board 2, a pair of wall main-reinforcements 6 formed in the shape of a lattice are arranged. On the surfaces confronted with each other, of the external wall board 1 and the internal wall board 2, a plurality of shear connectors 10 to be projected in the shape of a truss are arranged, and the wall main-reinforcements 6 are arranged to be positioned at the salient ends of the respective shear connectors 10, and the contact sections of both the ones are bound with a binding wire 11 formed with an annealed steel wire or the like, and then the wall main-reinforcements 6 are arranged to be fixed on the surfaces of the external wall board 1 and the internal wall board 2 with specified spaces (d). After this, when cast-in-place concrete is placed in a space D, then with an internal section with a pair of the wall main-reinforcements 6 between the internal and external wall boards 1, 2, an integrally formed cast-in-place reinforced concrete layer 12 is completed.
