摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a state, wherein water can be absorbed to effect swelling, only after being in contact with a cast concrete without being unnecessarily swelled even if being in contact with water. CONSTITUTION:When a PC panel driving form 16 for constituting an inside form of an underground wall is manufactured, during the time at which cast concrete C is not cured, a swelling waterproof material 12 containing bentonite is applied to the surface of the concrete. And thereafter, emulsion of polymer which is soluble in alkali but insoluble in water is applied to the surface of the agent 12 and cured to form a waterproof film 14.

摘要： PURPOSE:To facilitate the manufacturing and improve the water sealing performance by a method wherein for manufacturing a PC panel, when concrete has not been cured, swelling waterproof agent including bentonite, as major component, is scattered over the surface of the concrete so as to be uniformly applied thereto. CONSTITUTION:For manufacturing a waterproof type driving PC panel form 10, concrete C is cast into a molding form 12, following which in an initial stage of hydration reaction wherein the concrete C becomes cured to some extent, a swelling waterproof agent 14 including bentonite, as major component, is scattered over the surface of the concrete so as to be uniformly applied thereto by means of a trowel or the like. Next, after the concrete is cured, it is removed from the form 12. Further, when the waterproof agent 14 can not be applied to the surface of the PC panel 10, a sheet impregnated with the agent 14 is bonded to the surface of the form 12 and thereafter concrete is placed into the form 12. And the PC panel can be used as a form when an underground wall or the like is constructed. Thus, waterproof agent can be made integral to the PC panel easily, and waterproof is achieved by the use of a three- layered structure comprising PC panel, waterproof agent, and cast-in-place concrete.

The method further comprises the steps of providing oblique surfaces 24 upward from the form 21 side toward the other end side at the bottoms of the forms 23, mounting the one ends 14b of shearing reinforcing bars 14 on the upper surface of the form plate 20c of the other end side of the form 23, disposing it in the form 23, and placing concrete in the form 20.

Concrete 28 is simultaneously placed at the forms 16 and 20. After the concrete 28 is cured, the forms 16, 20 are removed, a polymer adhesive fastener and an adhesive are filled in V-shaped cutout 20a formed by the form 20, and bent upward at the cutout 20a as a center.

This permits safe execution of works without risk of the differential bars protruding at the outer surface of the form until the bar arranging stage for the splicing concrete is reached, and at the time of reinforcement providing works for the splicing concrete, the differential rods are protruded and installation can take place simply, which should lead to enhancement of the working effectiveness to a great extent.
