    • PURPOSE:To improve outer appearance and durability by absorbing relative displacement in the surface direction caused by differential thermal expansion between an external wall base material and an external surface material in simple installation structure. CONSTITUTION:This external wall material is furnished with an external wall base material 2, an external surface material 4 arranged on the outdoor side of this external wall base material 2, a protruded part 5 provided on the back surface of this external surface material 4, an installation member 3 provided on the outdoor side of the external wall base material 2 and having an opening part 6 the diameter of which is larger than that of the projected part 5 and coming-out stop members 7, 8 provided on the projected part 5 inserted into the opening part 6 of this installation member 3. Consequently, relative displacement in the surface inside direction caused by differential thermal expansion between the external wall base material 2 and the external surface material 4 is absorbed in a clearance (s) between the protruded part 5 and the opening part 6 of the installation member 3, and it is possible to improve outer appearance and durability.

    • PURPOSE:To ensure bending strength in beams effectively by reducing height difference between beam lower end main reinforcing bars and joint reinforcing bars to a column for forming lapped joints and, at the same time, to obtain such a PC beam form as bending strength of the beams can be advantaged by reducing height difference between them against the joint reinforcing bars even if the beams are arranged at right angles. CONSTITUTION:A PC beam form 10 is so precasted that it has a U-shaped section, and a plurality of beam lower end main reinforcing bars 26 are buried in the bottom 10a along the extended direction of the beam from 10. First grooves 30 positioned at sides of the beam lower end main reinforcing bars 26 and for arranging the ends of reinforcing bars 14a of joint reinforcing bars 14 are formed in the bottom 10a into which the beam lower end main reinforcing bars 26 are buried. In the case beams are constructed, the ends of the reinforcing bars 14 on the lower sides of the joint reinforcing bars 14 are arranged to the first grooves 30 in a state to mount the end of the PC beam form 10 on the upper end face of a PC column form 20. Under such a state, concrete is placed in the PC beam form 10 to form lapped joints of the reinforcing bars 14a and beam lower end main reinforcing bars 26 horizontally.

    • PURPOSE:To achieve wt. reduction and to enhance productivity by forming a PC curtain wall panel from a PC base panel integrally molded from concrete in such a state that ribs are arranged on the rear surface of a surface layer panel in a lattice shape to be integrally molded by concrete and casting forms composed of a lightweight refractory heat insulating material integrally provided so as to be left in the lattice-shaped ribs. CONSTITUTION:A PC curtain wall panel 2 consists of a PC base panel 8 wherein lattice-shaped thin-walled ribs 6 are integrally provided to the rear of a rectangular thin-walled surface layer panel 4 and casting forms 10 composed of a lightweight refractory heat insulating material integrally provided so as to be left in the lattice-shaped thin-walled ribs 6. The PC base panel 8 is integrally molded from concrete and, as the lightweight refractory heat insulating material constituting the casting forms 10, mortar using inorg. or org. foam or lightweight aggregate such as pearlite is used. The casting forms 10 are left to function as refractory heat insulating layers. Fasteners 16 and hanging insert metal fittings 18 are provided to the lattice-shaped thin-walled ribs 6.
