A temperature adjusting gas supply unit (18) is arranged so that a temperature adjusting gas may be made to flow through the discrete materials heat exchanger module (4) together with the discrete materials (3) in a parallel flow.

摘要： A pneumatic bulk material conveying device is used to load and/or unload a ship. The conveying device has at least one conveying pipe (38) with two rigid pipe end portions (41, 43) and a pipe central portion connecting the latter. The two pipe end portions can be moved in a translational manner relative to one another. Each of the pipe end portions is connected by the pipe central portion about pipe joint connections, which allow a pivoting of the respective pipe end portion relative to the pipe central portion about at least two joint axes. A ship-side connection mechanism is used to couple the ship-side ball-and-socket joint to the ship. The result is a conveying device with which an operationally reliable and low-wear and gentle conveying of the bulk material is possible.

The conveyor device has a main conveyor pipe and a plurality of bypass conveyor pipe sections which are separate from one another and arranged one behind the other within the latter. The main extent direction of the bypass conveyor pipe sections runs along the main conveyor pipe. The bypass conveyor pipe sections in each case have an inlet opening and an outlet opening for conveyor gas. The inlet opening, when the main conveyor pipe is horizontally installed, is arranged in a cross sectional portion of the main conveyor pipe, which is located above a cross sectional portion of the main conveyor pipe, in which the outlet opening is arranged. The result is a conveyor device, of which the efficiency, in other words the ratio of the conveying power and the conveyor gas quantity used, is improved.

Wärmetauscherabschnitten (10) der Wärmetauschervorrichtungen (8, 9) wird ein Wärmeträger-Fluid zugeführt. Das Schüttgut wird durch die Wärmetauschervorrichtungen (8, 9) pneumatisch gefördert. Dies erfolgt so, dass bei der pneumatischen Förderung das Schüttgut netto in Strömungsrichtung des Fördergases durch die Wärmetauscherabschnitte (10) gefördert wird, wobei ein Schüttgut-Förderstrom (BF) in Strömungsrichtung des Fördergases absolut größer ist als ein Schüttgut-Strom (BG) entgegen der Strömungsrichtung des Fördergases. Es resultieren ein Wärmetauschersystem sowie ein Betriebsverfahren hierfür, mit denen eine Wärmeübertragungseffizienz verbessert ist.
