    • A method of videophone data transmission based on the PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) is executed with a videophone and a user. The method includes the steps of performing a connection procedure, performing a data download procedure and performing a disconnection procedure. While performing the connection procedure, a smart key, which stores at least one piece of user identification data, is connected to a videophone. The user identification data contains an ID code, a password and a private key of the user. While performing the data download procedure, the user identification data is encrypted and transmitted to a service server for verifying the user. Then, at least one service provided by the service server is encrypted and downloaded to the videophone. After decryption, the at least one service can be executed in the videophone. While performing a disconnection procedure, the smart key is disconnected from the videophone.

    • A solar cell includes a substrate, a conductor layer and an anti-reflection coating (ARC) layer. The substrate has a front side, a back side and a doped region adjacent to the front side. The conductor layer has a first portion embedded into the doped region and a second portion other than the first portion. The ARC layer has first and second exposed surfaces, first and second side surfaces and a bottom surface. The first side surface is connected to the first and second exposed surfaces. The second side surface is connected to the second exposed surface and the bottom surface disposed on the front side. The second portion is disposed in the ARC layer. The conductor layer has an exposed surface, which is exposed out of the ARC layer, and higher than the second exposed surface and substantially flush with an exposed surface of the ARC layer.

    • A method of manufacturing a solar cell includes the steps of: providing a substrate having a front side, a back side and a doped region; forming a conductor layer on the front side; firing the conductor layer at a temperature such that the conductor layer is formed with a first portion embedded into the doped region and a second portion other than the first portion; forming an anti-reflection coating (ARC) layer on the front side and the second portion, wherein the ARC layer covers the conductor layer so that the second portion of the conductor layer is disposed in the ARC layer; and removing the ARC layer on the conductor layer so that the conductor layer has an exposed surface exposed out of the ARC layer, wherein the exposed surface of the conductor layer is substantially flush with a first exposed surface of the ARC layer.
