摘要： A display stand comprises a connecting seat and supporting plate. A vertical guiding slot is disposed on said connecting seat. A rack and a control section are installed respectively at the two flank sides of the vertical guiding slot, in which the control section has a locking bar accepted in the slider, and one end thereof is engaged with the rack. After a panel is combined with connecting seat, said locking bar is driven to move along a single direction to be separated from the engagement of said rack by pulling the pull rod of the control section to push a skewed slot, and the slider is caused to slide up and down along the sliding slot by pulling said pull rod so as to change a relative angle between the connecting seat and the supporting plate. Finally, the pull rod is released to complete a positioning.

The recess portion has a first wall and a second wall relative to the first wall. The air inlet hole is formed in one of the first wall and the second wall, and is in fluid communication with the air outlet holes. The construction as such may increase air inflow and enhance the heat dissipating effect.

摘要： A flat panel display having a display panel, a touch panel, a supporting structure and a frame is provided. The touch panel is assembled on the display panel. The supporting structure has a supporting unit and an elastic unit at least. The supporting unit is utilized for carrying the touch panel. The elastic unit has a fixed end and an extending end. The extending end is connected to the supporting unit. The elastic unit has a bending with a changeable bending angle varied with the impact force stressed to the supporting unit. The frame is assembled on the touch panel to restrict vertical movement of the touch panel.
