摘要： A parallel multiplier for multiplying a multiplicand and multiplier with large bit lengths as well as simultaneously multiplying several multiplicands and multipliers with smaller bit lengths is disclosed. The parallel multiplier receives an N-bit multiplicand operand, an M-bit multiplier operand, and a data length signal. The parallel multiplier calculates an N+M bit product of an N-bit multiplicand from the multiplicand operand and an M-bit multiplier from the multiplier operand when the data length signal selects a first bit length. Furthermore, the parallel multiplier simultaneously calculates an (N+M)/2 bit first product of an N/2 bit first multiplicand from the multiplicand operand and an M/2 bit first multiplier from the multiplier operand, and an (N+M)/2 bit second product of an N/2 bit second multiplicand from the multiplicand operand and an M/2 bit second multiplier from the multiplier operand when the data length signal selects a second bit length.

摘要： An anion exchange composite membrane is filled with crosslinked polymer electrolytes for fuel cells. A method comprises, (A) preparing anion exchange electrolyte precursor solution, said anion exchange electrolyte precursor solution consisting of a electrolyte monomer of tetravalent ammonium salt having a cation, a bisacrylamide crosslinker having tertiary amine functional group, an initiator and water; (B) impregnating a porous polymer supporter into said electrolyte precursor solution; (C) forming primary anion exchange crosslink polymer electrolyte micropore filling membrane by laminating said polymer supporter and crosslinking within a film; (D) deriving quanternary ammonium of said crosslinker having tertiary amine functional group by immersing said primary anion exchange crosslink polymer electrolyte micropore filling membrane in Vinylbenzyl chloride monomer solution; and (E) preparing composite membrane filled with crosslinked polymer electrolytes by crosslinking after said ammonium deriving is complete, said crosslinking being radical polymerizing vinyl group of said electrolyte micropore filling membrane.

摘要： The present invention relates to a method for separation and recycling of pure sulfur dioxide from a gaseous mixture in the IS cycle. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for separation and recycling of pure sulfur dioxide from a gaseous mixture in the IS cycle using an ionic liquid under a specific condition. When compared with the conventional amine-based absorbent, the use of the ionic liquid enables continuous absorption and stripping of SO2 even at high temperature, and enables a reversible absorption of SO2 without loss, decomposition or degradation of a solvent due to good chemical stability, thereby enabling separation and recycling of pure SO2 from a gaseous mixture in the IS cycle.
