    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate fitting and obtain sufficient fixing force by solving various problems when a waterproof sheet is fixed to a roof with batten seams, for example, a problem that the waterproof sheet and a fixing plate are bonded (as well as fusion bonding) and the sheet is hardly considered to peel there, but the screwed fixing plate may fall, namely, how hard to blow the sheet depends upon the fixing force of screws 56 to a cover material 53, including the contradiction that while large force is needed to widen and fit the cover material when the cover material is made thick and work becomes difficult, the fixing force with the fixing plate decreases when the cover material is made thin.SOLUTION: The fixture is used while extending across two riser parts of metal plates of a roof with batten seams, and comprises an outer member which has side face parts folded at both ends of a plane part to be sectioned substantially in a channel shape, and also has folded-back parts at both ends of the side face parts, and a reinforcing inner material used while inserted into the outer member.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a pavement body composed of coarse particles having a water-permeability by kneading natural soil with a coagulant to obtain granulated soil and further kneading the granulated soil itself or mixed with natural soil with a urethane-based binder and evenly laying it on a road base and compacting it by rolling. SOLUTION: Natural soil is kneaded with a coagulant to form granulated soil 10 advance. Thereafter, a urethane-based resin binder is mixed therewith to produce a mixed material. The product is evenly laid on a road base and compacted by rolling to a soil pavement body. A urethane-based resin binder may be kneaded with a mixed soil that the granulated soil is mixed with natural soil. The coagulant has an active isocyanate radical at the terminal end of the molecule as hydrophilic polyurethane polymer. An aqueous solution which is a liquid or a paste in a normal temperature is used as the coagulant. Inorganic chemicals of a metallic compound or the like containing hydraulic cement, lime, magnesium or organic chemicals such as polyacrylic soda or the like are applicable. In this way, a soil pavement body having a water- permeable property can be obtained and a resistance against frost damage can be imparted.

    • PURPOSE: To smoothen a finished surface of a cement floor base by grinding the skin layer the cement floor bed at a very young curing age after placing at which the cement floor exhibits strength which allows a worker to work on the bed, and by subjecting the same to primer work and drying. CONSTITUTION: A polishing paper sheet is applied or set on a rotary head of a rotary polisher, and is pressed against grinding particles laid on a floor bed, and is moved back and forth, and left and right, and is rotated. In this case, Grinding particles previously laid on the surface of the bed, are caught by the polishing paper sheet under the action of frictional contact with the abrasive grains, and accordingly, the particles are rolled on the base surface so as to remove a fragile latiance layer. In this case, even if the cement bed is soft due to a very young curing period, and accordingly, the abrasion force of the grinding particles only affects a shallow skin layer in the surface of the bed member. Further, the polishing paper sheet on rotation is lifted from the surface of the bed member by means of the grinding particles, and the polishing is carried out by rolling of the grinding particles. Thereby, it is possible to prevent ground chips from being pressed against the surface of the bed member, that is, the chips are floated up from the surface of the bed member, thereby it is possible to flatten and smooth the surface of the bed member, suitably for the next floor finishing process.
