    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily set a backing gradient, even when requiring waterproofing of an exposure required for taking a gradient toward a plurality of drain ports without arranging a side ditch and a complicated surface constitution such as a factory floor of a meeting place form of taking a gradient toward a plurality of meeting places. SOLUTION: When attaching a drain gradient to a floor surface, by using a first tool 4 formed by arranging hooks 6 on both ends of an elastically expandable wire rod 5 and a height adjustable second tool 7 having a locking part 8 to the first tool, the first tool is extended over a floor backing or a floor form so that the wire rod becomes a triangular shape in a plan view with a position for desirably introducing waste water as the apex A, and the wire rod is inclined so that the residual two apexes B and C become higher than the apex A by a height adjustment of the second tool, and a triangular floor surface part surrounded by the wire rod is flatly constructed up to a level of the wire rod. • PURPOSE:To thicken a covering material and increase the fireproof ing function of a structure, by coating the whole external surface of the structure or a part thereof with a covering material having a larger thermal conductivity than a specified value. CONSTITUTION:A structure 1 is coated with a covering material 2 having 0.45 or larger in the thermal conductivity at the whole external surface or a part thereof. A metallic substance such as gold, silver, copper, aluminum, etc., having a sufficiently larger thermal conductivity than iron is used as the covering material 2. Moreover, a heat-insulating fireproofing cover material 4 coating the external surface of the structure 1 is put between the external surface and the covering material 2 to diffuse the heat with the covering material 2 when the heat acts on the covering material 2 on the external surface of the structure 1 due to a fire or the like. That is, it prevents the covering material 2 from thermal partial concentration and prevents the structure from the thermal action by diffusing the heat. The fireproofing cover material 4 prevents more effectively the structure from the heat acting thereon.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent miss of application of clear paint by projecting testing light having a specified wavelength on an applied surface from a light projecting device, and judging the presence or absence of the clear paint based on the amount of the testing light which is received with a photodetector. CONSTITUTION:A light projecting device 12 is composed of an optical fiber 9 for ultraviolet rays and a light source 11. The ultraviolet rays having a specified wavelength are projected on an applied surface P of a clear paint. The visible light other than the ultraviolet rays reflected from the applied surface P is cut with a filter 13. The ultraviolet rays are received with a photodetector 10 through an ultraviolet-ray lens 14. The received ultraviolet rays are electrically processed in a control part 15 and transduced into the image data having the density corresponding to the amount of the received light. The image having the density corresponding to the image data signal is displayed on a monitoring TV 16. When, the clear paint is applied on the applied surface P, the amount of the received light in the photodetector 10 becomes large, and the image on the TV 16 becomes black. When the clear paint is not applied, the image of the TV 16 becomes white. The presence or absence of the clear paint can be judged based on the black and white of the image.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring method capable of easily recognizing the thickness of an elastic coating with a non-destructive inspection after deposition, and to provide a thickness meter suitable for use for it. SOLUTION: In the thickness measuring method, a projection 4 is pressed to the elastic coating B via a spring 3, and an actual thickness is estimated based on the collapse amount of the elastic coating B in the state where the pressurizing force by the spring 3 and the repulsion force of the elastic coating B are balanced. The thickness meter A used in the thickness measuring method comprises a cylindrical section 2 protrusively disposed on the bottom of a body 1 of a dimension allowing gripping with one hand, a projection 4 having flat tip that can appear from the center of the tip pressurizing surface of the cylindrical section and is projected and energized by the spring 3 inside the body, and a display section 5 for displaying the collapse amount of the elastic coating by the projection 4. The tip diameter of the projection 4 is set at 1-3 mm (preferably 2 mm), the maximum pressurizing force by the spring 3 is set at 4 kgf or less (preferably 3.5 kgf), and the spring load in the state of zero command value is set at 1.5 kgf or more (preferably 2 kgf).
