摘要： PURPOSE:To perform continuous chipping and desliming and finish surface roughness to a certain degree by providing a chipping processing section, a vacuum processing section, and a surface roughness detection section on a cart. CONSTITUTION:A space 26 which surrounds concrete surface is formed in the inside of a unit cart 16 which can travel, and a chipping processing section 18 which makes a high pressure water jet nozzle 30 change jet pressure and is provided in such a way that it can ascend and descend is formed in the space. Next, a vacuum processing section 20 which sucks and discharges chipped laitance is provided in the rear section of it. Further, a concrete surface roughness detection section 22 which incorporates a surface roughness measuring sensor and is constituted by an idler wheel 70 is provided behind it. Jet pressure and nozzle height of the chipping processing section 18 are controlled by a controller, chipping and desliming are done continuously, and chipping capacity can be adjusted properly.

摘要： PURPOSE:To increase sucking efficiency and to improve therewith work efficiency by a method wherein fluid is ejected through fluid jetting nozzles whose jetting directions l6ok downward for blowing up of adherent substances, and the blown-up dusts are collected by a gyrating screw and are discharged afterward. CONSTITUTION:Fluid jetting nozzle pipes are arranged symmetrically on the right and the left of a suction port 24 on a rear edge of a suction space 18. Jetting nozzles 28A and 28B are formed in slits and are provided at fixed intervals to the nozzle pipes, and directions of jetting are fixed, looking respectively forward downside and center downside. In the time of cleaning, water is jetted from the nozzles, and dusts on the surface to be cleaned are gathered by force of the jetting to the side of the suction port 24. When suction is made, airflow passing through a ribbon screw 30 that forms a spiral suction passage in the suction port 24 is exhausted as a swirly flow. A pair of gyrating guide vanes 34 induce the swirly flow of air in the suction space 18. Sliders with small frictional resistance attached to the underside of front and rear blocks slide over the surface to be cleaned for agitating incoming airflow and thereby the suction can be made without difficulties.

When the opening and closing domes 1 start rotating movement with the support point A as the pivot point, the horizontal wheel of a movable truck is transferred from a side rail 14 provided on a building 12 to the curved guide 19 of the point truck 2. The outward horizontal force acting on the movable truck is transmitted to the building 12 through the curved guide 19. The movable truck thus can be smoothly transferred from the linear passage 26a to the circular passage 26b.
