    • PURPOSE:To contrive to simplify an apparatus, by flashing an extremely low temp. medium to once storing the same and subsequently injecting said medium in the liquid phase of a liquid to be cooled while supplying the gas obtained by flashing along the circumference of the extremely low temp. medium jet stream. CONSTITUTION:LNG supplied through a LNG supply base pipe 38 is flashed by a throttle 37 and once stored in a flash tank 36. LNG stored in the flash tank 36 passes through a valve 35 and subsequently injected toward sea water 3 in a crystallization boiler 1 from a nozzle orifice 28A through the passing hole 27 of a nozzle 28. NG formed in the gaseous phase of the flash tank 36 enters a natural gas supply port 26 while the amount thereof is adjusted by the throttle 40 of a natural gas supply pipe 39 to be injected in the sea water 3 of the crystallization boiler 3 as a jet stream. The natural gas flowing out from a jet orifice 25 is injected along the circumference of the LNG jet stream ejected from the nozzle orifice 28A.

    • PURPOSE:To simplify the installation as a whole, to reduce operating energy and to utilize effectively the cold heat of a cryogenic medium by ejecting directly said medium into the liquid phase of the liquid to be cooled. CONSTITUTION:A nozzle mounting pipe 13 which has a supporting flange 14 on the outside of a containing vessel 11 for contg. the liquid to be cooled and communicates the inside and outside of the vessel is provided to the vessel bottom 11A positioned in the liquid phase of said vessel. A nozzle 16 which ejects the cryogenic medium into said liquid phase and has a nozzle flange 15 on the root end side is disposed by inserting the nozzle into said pipe from the outside of the vessel. A cryogenic medium introducing pipe 20 having a fixing flange 19 which supports the flange 15 between said flange and the supporting flange 14 is connected to the nozzle 16. The cryogenic medium is directly ejected into the liquid phase of the liquid to be cooled. As a result, the installation is simplified as a whole and the operating energy is reduced. The effective use of the cold heat of the cryogenic medium is thus made possible.

    • PURPOSE:To homogeneously mix two liquids in a short time using a small amt. of power, by revolving the two liquids to be mixed in a vessel to cause a depression, and drawing the liquids from the bottom of the vessel, and ejecting them as a jet stream against the depression from above. CONSTITUTION:Two different liquids are placed into a mixing vassel 1, stirred with vanes 2 rotated with a motor 3, and a depression 11 is caused on the center of the mixed liquids 10. They are drawn out through a pipe 5 connected with the bottom of the vessel 1 with a pump 4, and ejected against the depression from a ejection nozzle 6. In the early stage, a liquid higher in sepcific gravity is mainly drawn out of the bottom of the vessel 1, and brought into collision with the depression 11 in a jet stream, resulting in dispersing downward in finely divided liquid globules. Homogeneous mixing of the two liquids is accelerated by repeating this mixing process.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent trouble at start and stop times, by providing a nozzle injecting an extremely low temp. medium in the liquid phase of a receiving can and connecting a supply pipe having an extremely low temp. medium main valve to the nozzle. CONSTITUTION:When a LNG main valve 37 is opened in starting operation, the pressure of a pressure gauge 39 rises and, after the pressure gauge 39 reached predetermined pressure, even if the nozzle main valve 35 is opened, sea water 3 is not reversely flowed and the freezing of a nozzle communication pipe 34 and a LNG supply pipe 36 due to reverse flow can be prevented. When LNG is injected toward sea water 3 in a crystallization boiler 1 from a nozzle port 27A through the communication orifice 27 of a nozzle 28, the sea water in the crystallization boiler 1 generates precipitation to form a slurry having an ice crystal stream suspended therein and said slurry is transferred to a washing and melting tank. At a stop time, both main values 35, 37 are closed to discharge LNG in the supply pipe 36 between first and second liquid seal preventing valves 38, 40 and the supply pipe 36 between the preventing values 38, 40 is filled with seal gas.
