摘要： A carbon dioxide clathrate having a lump diameter enough to precipitate on a desired abyssal position of the sea without being drifted by a seawater flow of the abyss can be produced by bringing an aqueous solution into contact with carbon dioxide with the interposition of an interface in a reactor and retaining this contact; adjusting the pressure in the reactor to 13 atm or more, the temperature of the aqueous solution to a level of more than 5 DEG C to 10 DEG C, the temperature of the interface to a level of more than 10 DEG C to 15 DEG C and the temperature of a lug inserted into the aqueous solution to a level of more than 0 DEG C to 5 DEG C; producing/growing the carbon dioxide clathrate on the lug; and then heating the lug to a temperaturte of more than 10 DEG C to 30 DEG C to separate/drop the carbon dioxide clathrate therefrom.

摘要： PURPOSE:To form a gaseous carbon dioxide clathrate capable of settling at a prescribed place of deep sea bottom without being carried away by the sea stream in the deep sea and having a prescribed particle diameter. CONSTITUTION:An aq. solution 12 and gaseous carbon dioxide 13 are kept in contact with each other at the interface 14 in a reactor 11 and by increasing the pressure in the reactor 11 to >=13atm, the gaseous carbon dioxide clathrate particles 22 are formed and grown. The particle 22 is compacting pressed in a compression cylinder 31 after being sedimented and a gaseous carbon dioxide clathrate lump 37 which is not carried away by the sea stream in the deep sea is formed in a collecting vessel 34.

CONSTITUTION:An aqueous solution 2 and carbon dioxide 3 are held in a reaction container 1 so as to be brought to a contact state at an interface 4 and the pressure in the reaction container 1 is set to 13 atm or higher and the temp. of the aqueous solution 2 is set to the range of 5-10 deg.C while the temp. of the interface 4 is set to the range of 10-15 deg.C and the temp. of the projection part inserted in the aqueous solution 2 is set to the range of 0-5 deg.C to form and grow a carbon dioxide clathrate 20. Thereafter, the projection part is heated to the temp. range of 10-30 deg.C to separate the carbon dioxide clathrate 20 to allow the same to fall.

摘要： PURPOSE:To deposit a clathrate hydrate and to stably disperse the clathrate hydrate into the deep sea after removal of reaction heat by providing a pump for forcibly feeding a mixture composed of the sea water and liquefied carbon dioxide, a transporting pipe which transports the mixture down to the depth of the clathrate forming area in the sea and is provided with a cooling pipe on the pipe wall and a cooling device on an ocean base. CONSTITUTION:The liquefied carbon dioxide is transported up to the off-shore base 4 and is stored into a liquefied carbon dioxide storage tank 5. The liquefied carbon dioxide and the sea water are pressurized and mixed in the transporting pipe 7 by the force feed pump 6 to progress the reaction to form the carbon dioxide clathrate hydrate. The generated reaction heat is heat-exchanged and removed by the cooling water flowing in the cooling pipe 7' from the cooling device 9 in the transporting pipe 7. The formed carbon dioxide clathrate hydrate 8 is stable without decomposing and has a large sp. gr. and does not, therefore, float when this clathrate hydrate is released and dispersed into the deep sea of the range of the carbon dioxide clathrate hydrate forming conditions. In addition, the possibility of the ecological environmental destruction by the temp. rise of the sea water and the decomposition of the clathrate hydrate in the deep sea is eliminated.

Preferably, the material is molded into a pellet form.

摘要： PURPOSE:To increase the denitration-desulfurization rates in adsorption towers and to increase the decomposition rate of the desorbed NOx from the adsorption towers in a simultaneous denitration-desulfurization dry process for exhaust gas from combustion equipment. CONSTITUTION:SOX adsorption towers 4A, 4B and NOX adsorption towers 5A, 5B are arranged in parallel respectively. Each adsorption tower can be shifted interchangeably to an adsorption process and a desorption process by switching its outlet valve. Air sucked through a line 15 is used as regenerating gas of a SOX adsorption tower 4B; air sucked through a line 16 is used as regenerating gas of a NOX adsorption tower 5B. The gas adsorbed in each adsorption tower is desorbed completely to improve the denitration- desulfurization ratios in the adsorption towers. NOx gas desorbed from the NOx adsorption towers by a vacuum pump 10 is introduced to the primary combustion air line 17 of a boiler. In this way, NOX is strongly decomposed in the reducing atmosphere of a coal burner.

摘要： PURPOSE:To determine production of carbon dioxide clathrate quantitatively by previously separating solid state clathrate mixed in a solution contained in a reaction vessel through a filter and then measuring electric conductivity of solution subjected to pretreatment. CONSTITUTION:Sample water 12 containing chlorine ions is injected through a sample liquid injection pump 13 into a reaction vessel 11 while furthermore carbon dioxide 14 is injected through an injection pump 15. The vessel 11 is placed in a cooling water tank 16. Carbon dioxide clathrate reaction is then promoted while stirring water and carbon dioxide by means of a stirrer 18 coupled with a motor 17. Reaction temperature and reaction pressure are measured, respectively, through a thermometer 19 and a pressure gauge 20 and recorded on a recorder 21. At that time, a solution discharge valve 22 for measuring electric conductivity in the reaction vessel is opened to produce pressure difference with respect to the atmospheric pressure thus separating solid state carbon dioxide clathrate through a filter 24 disposed in front of a vessel 23 for measuring electric conductivity in the reaction vessel. Solution mixed with no carbon dioxide clathrate is then filled in the vessel 23 and electric conductivity thereof is measured by means of an electric conductivity meter 26 associated with a sensor 25 for measuring electric conductivity. Measurement of electric conductivity is then converted through a data analyzer 27 into a production quantity of carbon dioxide clathrate.
