    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently extracting an organic matter from a wet material containing an organism cell, as well as a method and device for manufacturing an organic matter and a method for efficiently treating a wet material.
      SOLUTION: The organic matter extraction method extracts the organic matter from the wet material containing an organism cell, and includes a process to obtain a first mixture product by mixing a liquid-state dimethyl ether and the wet material, then derive the residual liquid-state dimethyl ether existing outside of the cell in the first mixture product, from the first mixture product, and crush the cell by evaporating the dimethyl ether inside the cell of the first mixture product. Further, the method includes a process to obtain a second mixture product by supplying an extraction solvent to the first mixture product, and derive a mixture containing the extraction solvent and the organic matter dissolved in the extraction solvent, from the second mixture product. Also, the method for manufacturing an organic matter including the processes, the device for the extraction method and the method for treating the wet material including the processes, are provided.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil extraction method capable of efficiently extracting oil from an object material containing a large amount of moisture in addition to the oil and reducing the contamination of a treated material as well, a method of producing an oily material, and a system for such methods.
      SOLUTION: The method of extracting the oil from the object material containing the moisture and the oil includes: (A) a process of bringing the object material and dimethyl ether in a liquid state into contact, migrating the oil in the object material into the dimethyl ether, and obtaining the mixture (i) of the dimethyl ether and the oil and a deoiled object material (ii); and (B) a process of making the dimethyl ether in the mixture (i) evaporate and thus separating the dimethyl ether from the mixture (i). In the process (A), at least a part of the operation of bringing the object material and the dimethyl ether in the liquid state into contact is performed in such a state that the saturation amount of the moisture is dissolved in the dimethyl ether.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anaerobic digestion method which is improved in contact efficiency of sludge with methane bacteria carried on biological adhesion carrier to increase digestion rate of the sludge and to prevent wear of the biological adhesion carrier.SOLUTION: The anaerobic digestion method biologically processes organic waste water containing 5,000 mg/L or more of precipitated sludge obtained by precipitating swage or waste liquid, livestock waste sludge and suspended solids (SS) with a fixed bed using a biological adhesion carrier. A portion of the processed sludge 41 supplied to the fixed bed 20 is sampled from an upper layer of the fixed bed 20 and the sampled sludge 41 is supplied to a fixed layer 28 composed of the biological adhesion carrier 22. Spherical porous bodies having 4.0 mm or more of average particle diameter are used as the biological adhesion carrier 22 so as to circulate the sludge 41 in the fixed bed in such a manner that the sludge is dispersed uniformly without mobilizing the fixed layer 28 with no blockage.
