    • Ein Kerngedanke der Erfindung besteht darin, ein definiertes Prüfmittel zu schaffen, auf dem entsprechende Partikel in bestimmter Dichte aufgebracht sind. Bei Waschmaschinen wird insbesondere durch die mechanische Belastung des Prüfmittels innerhalb der Trommel, beispielsweise durch Walken, Biegen oder Strecken erreicht, dass sich die Partikel von dem Prüfmittel lösen. Durch die physikalischen und/oder chemische Bearbeitung des Prüfmittels innerhalb einer Spülmaschine, beispielsweise durch unterschiedliche Wasserstrahlen mit unter­schiedlichen Drücken sowie den chemischen Zusätzen wird erreicht, dass sich die Partikel von dem Prüfmittel lösen. Die Anzahl der Partikel, die nach dem Reinigungs-, Wasch- und/oder Trocknungsvorgang auf dem Prüfmittel verbleiben, ist eine Grösse, die in einem Verhältnis zur Belastung des Prüfmittels bzw. zur Reinigungsqualität und damit zur physikalischen und/oder chemischen Aktivität des Aggregats während des Reinigungs-, Wasch- und/oder Trocknungsvorgangs steht. Das Prüfmittel zur standardisierten Feststellung der Qualität eines Wasch-, Reinigung­s- und/oder Trocknungsprozesses lässt sich auf jedes Aggregat anwenden, das zumin einen der gennanten Prozesse durchführt. Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine stellen somit nur eine Auswahl dar.
