    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polylactic acid laminated film having good roll releasability at the time of molding, showing no blocking at the time of formation of the film and having good flexibility and transparency.
      SOLUTION: This polylactic acid laminated film is a laminated film having at least three layers obtained by the coextrusion molding of a mixture composed of 50-95 wt.% of polylactic acid and 5-50 wt.% of a plasticizer and at least both surface layers thereof comprise a composition prepared by adding 0.05-2 pts.wt. of a lubricant and 0.05-2 pts.wt. of a fine powder of an inorganic compound to 100 pts.wt. of the mixture. The whole thickness of the laminated film is 10-300 μm and the thickness ratio of each of the surface layers occupying the whole thickness of the laminated film is 5-30%.

      SOLUTION: A biodegradable film is manufactured by an inflation-molding machine using a biodegradable resin composition obtained by compounding 20 to 82 wt.% of an aliphatic aromatic polyester having a melting point of 105 to 115°C obtained by condensing a dicarboxylic acid component comprised of an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid and an aromatic dicarboxylic acid and a diol component comprised of an aliphatic diol and polymerizing the obtained aliphatic aromatic polyester with a polyfunctional isocyanate and 18 to 80 wt.% of an aliphatic polyester-based resin having a melting point of 110 to 120°C obtained by condensing a dicarboxylic acid component comprised of an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid and a diol component comprised of an aliphatic diol and polymerizing the obtained aliphatic polyester with a polyfunctional isocyanate.

      SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing an expansion-molded body of an inorganic substance-polymer composite includes: a melt-preparing step in which a melt is prepared by adding a fluid metal compound and a foaming agent to a polymer melted in an extruder, the fluid metal compound and the foaming agent being able to form a uniform phase with the polymer in the extruder, and by mixing them; a viscosity-adjusting step in which the viscosity is adjusted by controlling a temperature of the melt; and an expansion molding step in which the polymer is expanded and simultaneously molded by extruding the melt with the adjusted viscosity from dies. In the melt-preparing step, the amount of the fluid metal compound added is 0.01-10.0 in mass ratio when assuming that the mass of the polymer is 1.
