The β-catenin oligo chip of the present invention can be used in studies to detect β-catenin mutations and unravel the signal transduction mechanism and tumorigenesis related to β-catenin gene.

摘要： An antibacterial paint containing 30 ppm of nano silver particles on a surface of an injection preform, a method for manufacturing the same, and a coating method using the same are provided. A nano silver-ethanol dispersion solution is injected into a butanol solution, while agitating it at a high speed to uniformly disperse a nano silver solution into the paint, to prepare a master batch containing nano silver particles. The master batch is injected into an Ultra Violet (UV) clear paint and is continuously agitated at a high speed for a predetermined period of time to obtain an antibacterial UV clear paint, which is used to coat the surface of an injection preform.

摘要： Since the K-ras oligonucleotide microarray of the present invention can detect K-ras mutations by applying a competitive DNA hybridization method to the oligonucleotides spotted on a solid matrix different from the previously reported method for detecting a mutation, it makes the more precise analysis and can reduce experimental cost and time. Accordingly, the K-ras oligonucleotide microarray of the present invention can be used in studies to detect K-ras mutations and unravel the signal transduction mechanism and tumorigenesis related to K-ras gene. Further, since the microarray of the present invention can be applied to other genes having mutational hot spot regions such as K-ras, it has wide applicable range.

摘要： A solder wave height measuring device is provided that may be constructed using a horizontal supporting member that is positioned on a set of conveyors. Perpendicularly attached to the horizontal supporting member is a graduated beam that slidably supports a measuring jacket. The jacket may have a cubic shape, drum shape, or any polyhedron shape, but the jacket will preferably have an upper surface that is perpendicular to the graduated beam to simplify taking visual readings. A surface of the measuring jacket is in contact with the top end of the solder wave to allow the measuring jacket to accurately indicate the height of the solder wave on the graduated beam. Additionally, a fastener can be used to fix the measuring jacket to the graduated beam. The measuring jacket is fixed to the graduated beam by a fastener when the measuring jacket indicates an optimum height to solder at maximum efficiency. This provides an easy and convenient measurement of the solder wave height. Additionally, the apparatus of the present invention is relatively economical due to its low manufacturing cost and simple assembly, the apparatus is easy to operate, few component parts are used, readings can be made visually without requiring operators to bend over into inconvenient positions, the apparatus can be easily maintained in an environment that does not have easy access to high technology components, and the apparatus is easy to operate, repair, and understand by less skilled workers.
