摘要： A device is disclosed, for the detachable connection of a wiper blade (12), for cleaning screens, in particular on motor vehicles, to a driven wiper arm (10), comprising a wiper blade holder (50 or 150). The wiper blade, which may be applied to the screen (20) with a long rubber elastic wiper lip (10), comprises a long, strip-like, springy support element (16), curved in the longitudinal direction about the strip surfaces thereof, with the wiper lip (18) arranged on the inner concave strip surface thereof, parallel to the longitudinal axis. A connector element (26) lies on the external concave strip surface, comprising two wall surfaces (36), running parallel to each other in the longitudinal direction of the wiper blade, in a plane standing on the strip surface, whereby a pivot (42) extends from each wall surface, the longitudinal axis of both pivots being coincidental. A particularly simple embodiment of the joint connection with integrated connector device can be achieved whereby an adaptor (66 or 166) can be fixed to both pivots, which swings about the longitudinal axes thereof, comprising means of connection to the wiper blade holder ( 50 or 150) of the wiper arm (10).

The fastening component (12) thereof rests on a primary shaft (34) that is accommodated in a bearing housing (38) and is connected to a joint component (14) via a folding joint (46), whereby said joint component has a wiper rod (16). At least one tension spring (50) which rests on the fasting component (12) with one end thereof and on the joint component (14) with the remaining end thereof pre-tenses the folding joint (46). In a parking position, a regulating device entirely lifts the joint component (14) from the glass surface (22) of the vehicle by means of an oscillating lever (24). According to the invention, the oscillating lever (24) is accommodated in an oscillating bearing (46) on the fastening component (12). A ramp (26) which is fixed to the vehicle controls the allocated end (28) of the oscillating lever (24).

摘要： In the process for coating the elastomeric rubber wiper a vaporous coating material is generated and activated by a plasma and/or laser; a protective coating is formed on a rubber wiper surface by exposing it to the vaporous coating material by CVD and/or PVD methods and process parameters for the coating process are controlled so that the protective coating includes at least three coating layers and has a total thickness of from 200 nm to 2 mum. The coating layers include at least one thicker softer elastic coating layer with elastomeric properties similar to those of the rubber wiper and other thinner harder coating layers having wear-resistant properties.
