摘要： Verfahren zur Herstellung von aliphatischen Aldehyden der allgemeinen Formel (I), durch Umsetzung von Aldehyd der allgemeinen Formel (II) mit einem Aldehyd der allgemeinen Formel (III) in denen R 1 für Wasserstoff oder eine Methylgruppe steht, R 2 für einen geradkettigen oder verzweigten Alkylrest mit 1 bis 4 C-Atomen steht und die beiden X jeweils für Wasserstoff stehen oder zusammen eine weitere C-C-Bindung bedeuten, in Gegenwart eines Aldolkondensationskatalysators zu dem substituierten Octenal der allgemeinen Formel (I) und anschließend optional kontinuierliche oder chargenweise Hydrierung zu dem entsprechenden Octanal der Formel (I), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aldehyde der allgemeinen Formeln III und Il in einem molaren Verhältnis von III:II von zwischen 1,4:1 und 0,6:1 eingesetzt werden.

摘要： Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Gewinnung von Tetrahydrofuran aus einem Tetrahydrofuran, Alkanol und Schwersieder enthaltenden Stoffstrom, folgende Schritte umfassend: (a) Abtrennen eines Tetrahydrofuran und Alkanol als Azeotrop enthaltenden Stoffstroms in einer ersten Destillationsstufe, (b) Zufuhr mindestens eines Teils des Tetrahydrofuran und Alkanol als Azeotrop enthaltenden Stoffstroms in einen Reaktor zur Veresterung von Maleinsäureanhydrid, wobei ein Tetrahydrofuran, gegebenenfalls Alkanol, gegebenenfalls nicht umgesetztes Maleinsäureanhydrid und Monoalkylmaleat enthaltender Stoffstrom erhalten wird, (c) Trennen des Monoalkylmaleat, Tetrahydrofuran und gegebenenfalls Alkanol enthaltenden Stoffstroms in einen Monoalkylmaleat enthaltenden Stoffstrom und einen Tetrahydrofuran und gegebenenfalls Alkanol enthaltenden Stoffstrom in einer zweiten Destillationsstufe, (d) Zufuhr des Tetrahydrofuran und gegebenenfalls Alkanol enthaltenen Stoffstroms aus der zweiten Destillationsstufe sowie des nicht dem Reaktor zugeführten Teils des Tetrahydrofuran und Alkanol als Azeotrop enthaltenden Stoffstroms aus Schritt (a) in eine dritte Destillationsstufe, in der ein im Wesentlichen Tetrahydrofuran enthaltender Produktstrom und ein Tetrahydrofuran und Alkanol enthaltender Stoffstrom erhalten werden, (e) Zurückführen des Tetrahydrofuran und Alkanol enthaltenen Stoffstroms aus der dritten Destillationsstufe in die erste Destillationsstufe oder in den Reaktor in Schritt (b).

摘要： Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines aromatischen Amins durch Umsetzung eines entsprechenden aromatischen Alkohols mit einem Aminierungsmittel ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Ammoniak, primärer Amine und sekundärer Amine, in Gegenwart von Wasserstoff und eines Katalysatorformkörpers, bei einer Temperatur von 60 bis 300°, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Katalysatorformkörper Zr, Pd und Pt enthält und eine Ringtablettenform mit einem Außendurchmesser im Bereich von 2 bis 6 mm und einer Höhe im Bereich von 1 bis 4 mm und einem Innendurchmesser von 1 bis 5 mm oder eine topologisch äquivalente Form mit gleichem Volumen aufweist. Ein weiterer Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung sind Katalysatorformkörper enthaltend Zr, Pd und Pt, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass der Katalysatorformkörper eine Ringtablettenform, mit einem Außendurchmesser im Bereich von 3 bis 6 mm und einer Höhe im Bereich von 1 bis 4 mm und einem Innendurchmesser von 2 bis 5 mm oder eine topologisch äquivalente Form aufweist.

摘要： The invention relates to a method for producing an aromatic amine by reacting a corresponding aromatic alcohol with an amination agent selected from the group consisting of ammonia, primary amines and secondary amines, in the presence of hydrogen and a catalyst molded body at a temperature of 60 to 300°, characterised in that the catalyst molded body contains Zr, Pd and Pt and is in the form of an annular tablet having an outer diameter in the range of 2 to 6 mm and a height in the range of 1 to 4 mm and an inner diameter of 1 to 5 mm or a topologically equivalent shape having the same volume. 摘要： The invention relates to a process for obtaining tetrahydrofuran from a stream comprising tetrahydrofuran, alkanol and high boilers, comprising the following steps: (a) removing a stream comprising tetrahydrofuran and alcohol as an azeotrope in a first distillation stage, (b) feeding at least a portion of the stream comprising tetrahydrofuran and alcohol as an azeotrope into a reactor for esterification of maleic anhydride to obtain a stream comprising tetrahydrofuran, possibly alkanol, possibly unconverted maleic anhydride and monoalkyl maleate, (c) separating the stream comprising monoalkyl maleate, tetrahydrofuran and possibly alkanol into a stream comprising monoalkyl maleate and a stream comprising tetrahydrofuran and possibly alkanol in a second distillation stage, (d) supplying the stream comprising tetrahydrofuran and possibly alkanol from the second distillation stage and the portion of the tetrahydrofuran and alkanol not supplied to the reactor as an azeotrope-comprising stream from step (a) into a third distillation stage in which a product stream comprising essentially tetrahydrofuran and a stream comprising tetrahydrofuran and alkanol are obtained, (e) recycling the stream comprising tetrahydrofuran and alkanol from the third distillation stage into the first distillation stage or into the reactor in step (b).
