Said reactive polyurethane is produced by reacting polyester (1.1) and/or polyether (1.2), which both have at least two functional groups that are reactive with isocyanates and which have a molecular weight of 400 to 2,500 daltons and a branching degree of 0 to 3.5 Mol/kg; with at least one polyol (1.3) with a molecular weight of 62 to 400 daltons and a functionality of 2 to 4; polyamines (1.4) and/or alkanolamines (1.5); compounds (1.6) with at least one functional group capable of producing anions and at least one, especially at least two, functional groups that are reactive with isocyanates; polyisocyanates (1.7) and/or polyisocyanate adducts (1.8); blocking agents (1.9) for the isocyanate groups and neutralizers (1.10). The invention further relates to polyurethane dispersions containing the reactive polyurethanes and to their use for producing solvent-free coating substances, especially base coats, clear varnishes or plain coating varnishes.

摘要： The object of the invention is to provide enamel containing: A) a polymer containing hydroxyl groups or several polymers containing hydroxyl groups and B) one or several dicyanates or polycyanates whose icyanate groups are at least partially blocked with malonic acid dialkyl ester, characterised in that in order to cap the isocyanate groups of constituent (B) the inventive method uses a mixture of malonic acid dialkyl esters consisting of 30-85 wt. % of one or several malonic acid dialkyl esters of formula (I) and /or formula (II), whereby R , R and R respectively represent the same or different aliphatic, cycloaliphatic and/or araliphatic secondary alkyl radicals with at least 3 C atoms and R is an aliphatic, cycloaliphatic, aromatic or araliphatic hydrocarbon, and b2) 70 -15 wt % of one or several malonic acid dialkyl esters different from constituent (b1) whereby (b1) + (b2) = 100 wt. %. The present invention also relates to the production and use of said enamel and to the production of blocked polyisocyanates used according to the invention in addition to the use thereof.

摘要： A process for preparing binders for one-component paint systems has the following steps: (I) preparation of a polyurethane-alkyd resin component (A) composed of a mixture (a) of (a1) an unsaturated C6-C30 fatty acid with at least two non-conjugated double bonds, and (a2) an unsaturated C6-C30 fatty acid with at least two conjugated double bonds as esterified side polymer chains of the polyurethane-alkyd component (A); and (b) polyurethane units with anionic groups and/or groups which can be converted into anionic groups as main polymer chains of the polyurethane-alkyd resin component (A); (II) optional neutralisation of the groups in the polyurethane-alkyd resin component (A) which can be converted into anionic groups and their transfer into the aqueous dispersion or solution; and (III) preparation of the binder dispersion which contains the acrylate-modified polyurethane acrylate (A') by polymerising at least one ethylenically unsaturated, radically polymerisable monomer (c) which has substantially no other reactive functional groups besides the C-C- double bond in the dispersion prepared as under step (II) in the presence of a radical builder as polymerisation initiator.
