摘要： Process for modifying the relative ratios of the components of a liquid starting mixture of specific diastereoisomers, containing at least two asymmetric carbon atoms comprising contacting said liquid mixture with a Lewis acid compound capable of co-ordinating said specific diastereoisomers and subjecting the resulting mixture to conditions such that a reaction product, having a molar ratio between its diastereoisomeric components different from the corresponding molar ratio in the said liquid starting mixture, becomes separated from the said liquid mixture, said process being carried out using an amount of said Lewis acid not enough to co-ordinate the total amount of the diastereoisomeric components of the liquid starting mixture. This method shows an excellent balance of efficiency and easiness of procedure that cannot be reached with the physical methods of diastereoisomers separation known in the art.

摘要： The present invention relates to MgCl 2 .(EtOH), m (ROH) n (H 2 0) p adduct in which R is a Cl-C15 hydrocarbon group different from ethyl, n and m are indexes, higher than 0, satisfying the equations (n+m) ≥.7 and 0.05 ≤n/(n+m) ≤0.95 and p is a number ranging from 0 to 0.7 with the proviso that when R is methyl and (n+m) is in the range of 0.7 to 1, the value of n/(n+m) ranges from 0.05 to 0.45. The catalyst components obtained from the adducts of the present invention are capable to give catalysts for the polymerization of olefins characterized by enhanced activity with respect to the catalysts prepared from the adducts of the prior art.

摘要： A process for the preparation of propylene polymer compositions comprising from 50 to 90% by weight of a propylene polymer fraction insoluble in xylene at 25°C, and from 10 to 50% by weight of an ethylene copolymer fraction soluble in xylene at 25°C, said process being carried out in the presence of a specific catalyst system, is also characterized by the following step: (i) contacting the catalyst components (a), (b) and optionally (c) for a period of time ranging from 0.1 to 120 minutes, at a temperature ranging from 0 to 90°C; (ii) polymerizing propylene in the optional presence of ethylene and/or C 4 -C 10 alpha olefins producing a propylene (co)polymer being for at least 85% by weight of insoluble in xylene at 25°C and (iii) in a successive step, carried out in gas-phase, in the presence of the product coming from (ii), polymerizing mixtures of ethylene with α-olefins CH 2 =CHR in which R is a hydrocarbon radical having 1-10 carbon atoms, to produce an ethylene copolymer. An increased reactivity in the last step is observed.

摘要： Butene-1 (co)polymers characterized by the following properties: content of butene-1 units in the form of isotactic pentads (mmmm) from 25 to 55%; intrinsic viscosity [η] measured in tetraline at 135°C from 1 to 3dL/g; content of xylene insoluble fraction at 0°C from 3 to 60%; and a ratio ES 2 /ES 1 ≥1, where ES 1 is the boiling diethyl ether soluble fraction determined on the polymer as such and ES 2 is the boiling diethyl ether soluble fraction determined after milling the polymer. The butene-1 (co)polymers show a good balance between processability and elastomeric behavior.
