      SOLUTION: The outer conductor shell is provided with a tubular contact piece having a circular-shaped cross section which is inserted into a shield conductor exposed by skinning a sheath of the end of a shield cable, and provided with a shield conductor crimp piece which faces the tubular contact piece and is caulk to the shield conductor at a position to which the tubular contact piece is inserted. At a position where the shield conductor crimp piece faces the tubular contact piece, an insertion hole is formed through which both ends of an arc of the tubular contact piece are inserted together with the shield conductor during the caulking.
