SOLUTION: In the core 3, an outer core 12 constitutes a circular part 12a surrounding outer peripheries of teeth 7 and an inner core 11, and is integrally formed with the inner core 11 in which a plurality of magnetic steel plates 11 are laminated and which has an axis fixing hole 5 by compression molding of magnetic powder. Namely, the teeth 7 and the circular part 12a, with magnetic flux passing through are arranged in the outer core 12 formed of compression molding of magnetic powder, and are made into high magnet flux. The axis fixing hole 5 to which a rotation axis 2 is fixed (press-fitted) is formed in the inner core 11 where the steel plates 11a are laminated and mechanical strength of the peripheral part of the axis fixing hole 5 is improved. In a stator 1, winding 5 is wound to the teeth portion 7 of a stator core 6 where the split core portions 13 are circularly arranged via an insulator 4. An arc projection is formed at one end in a circumferential direction, which corresponds to the split circular portion 13a of the first lamination member, and an arc recess is formed at the other end in the circumferential direction. The second lamination member is formed so that the arc projection and the arc recess of the first lamination member are arranged in an opposite direction of the circumferential direction. The arc projections of the adjacent split core portions 13 are arranged to be overlapped in an axial direction. The insulator 4 has coupling portions 22 coupling the adjacent split core portions 13 so that they can turn in positions corresponding to the ends in the circumferential direction of the split circular portion 13a.

The laminated front protruded piece 12c of the second core pieces 12 has a second long piece 12d which is so formed that the second long piece is longer and thinner on the other side than on the one side in the circumferential direction. The adjoining first long pieces 11d and second long pieces 12d are so disposed that they are engaged with each other.

      SOLUTION: Tees 13 are extending radially, at a constant angular interval, from the center of a core sheet 11. A bending piece 14 (a long bending piece 14a and a short bending piece 14b) is formed at the forward end (outer diameter side) of each tees 13. Surface and rear surface of the core sheet 11 are laminated alternately sheet by sheet thus forming a core 21. Even if the bending piece 14 (a long bending piece 14a and a short bending piece 14b) is bent at a cut part 15, gaps are not formed continuously in the laminating direction of the core sheet 11. Consequently, a suitable magnetic circuit is formed in the core 21 and increase of reluctance can be suppressed. Since the base ends of respective tees 13 are coupled at a coupling part 16, increase of reluctance can be suppressed and thereby cogging torque does not increase.
