    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for laying an optical fiber cable with which the optical fiber cable can be laid in an underground pipe line such as a sewer without applying tension directly to the optical fiber cable, and the optical fiber cables can be laid on the upper side in the pipe line to the sewer in which two or more optical fiber cables are to be laid, and moreover, an expensive robot is not necessary for laying work. SOLUTION: The optical fiber cable 20 is laid on the upper side in the underground pipe line 1 by arranging a tension member 25 of high strength and low elongation property so that it is slidable in the longitudinal direction, drawing the tension member 25 into the underground pipe line 1, and stretching the member almost linearly in the underground pipe line by applying tension to the tension member 25 between manholes 2, 3, and then, the tension member 25 and the optical fiber cable 20 are pressurized on the inner wall of the sewer 1 by a ring-form diameter expanders 50, 52.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe conduit reclamation method enabling not only reinforcement of old water-and-sewage pipes or gas conduits mainly buried in the ground but also correction of the deformation of existing pipe conduits.
      SOLUTION: The pipe conduit reclamation method includes the processes of: setting a pipe conduit-correcting apparatus 2 having an expansive function for expanding an abutting portion 3 in a radial direction R of a liner 1 for pipe conduit reclamation therein in the deformed portion of an existing pipe conduit 130; heating and pressurizing the deformed portion from the inside of the liner 1; correcting the deformation of the conduit 130 from the inside of the liner 1 by expanding the abutting portion 3 of the pipe conduit-correcting apparatus 2; and cooling the liner 1 in such a state that the abutting portion 3 of the pipe conduit-correcting apparatus 2 is expanded.
