    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet material for building material with a heat shielding property, a waterproofing property, and moisture permeability that is configured in such a way that air gaps on a nonwoven fabric surface and pores of a metal film material are hardly clogged to show excellent moisture permeability.SOLUTION: The sheet material for building material of the present invention comprises a metal film material and a nonwoven fabric integrated with each other with an adhesive therebetween. The metal film material has pores with 100 μmφ to 2000 μmφ in diameter. The nonwoven fabric has at least one surface with projective and recessed portions. The metal film material is integrated with the uneven surface side of the nonwoven fabric. The sheet material for building material of the present invention is especially excellent in moisture permeability because clogging caused by the adhesive hardly occurs on the side and bottom surfaces of the recessed portions of the nonwoven fabric.
