    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment apparatus which can perform the advanced treatment of waste water even when the waste water contains a large amount of organic solid matter. SOLUTION: An organic wastewater treatment apparatus 100 comprises at least one aerobic treatment part 10 for performing the anaerobic treatment of organic waste water containing organic solid matter, a solid-liquid separator 20 for performing the solid-liquid separation of the organic waste water treated by the anaerobic treatment part, and a line 23 for returning sludge separated by the solid-liquid separator to the anaerobic treatment part. The anaerobic treatment part includes an acid production tank 11, and an anaerobic treatment tank 12 for performing the anaerobic treatment of the organic waste water flowing out from the acid production tank. In this constitution, the organic solid matter in the organic waste water treated in the anaerobic treatment part is separated by the solid-liquid separator into a liquid fraction and a solid fraction, and the liquid fraction is taken out as treated water having extremely excellent properties.
