      SOLUTION: An opening 37 and a hole 38 are formed on a metal plate 51. The flexible film 33 is applied to the entire reinforcing plate 36 to cover the opening 37 (see Fig. c). Then, column wiring 31 and row wiring 32 are formed on the surface of the flexible film 33 (see Fig. d). Further, an insulating film 34 is formed on the entire surface of the flexible film 33 to cover the column wiring 31 and the row wiring 32 (see Fig. e).
