    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk driving device which can stably perform a process of reading/writing even under a vibration-prone environment by keeping the bearing stiffness of fluid dynamic pressure bearing even when a driving current is reduced. SOLUTION: The disk driving device includes a hub 20 possible to mount a recording disk, a shaft 22, a sleeve 16 which houses the shaft 22 and rotates relatively to the shaft 22, a radial space section formed between an inner circumferential surface of the sleeve 16 and a peripheral surface of the shaft 22, a radial dynamic pressure generating section RB generating a radial dynamic pressure between at least one part of the inner circumferential surface of the sleeve 16 and the peripheral surface of the shaft 22 in the radial space section, and lubricant 28. Furthermore, a length in a radial direction of the radial dynamic pressure generating section RB is formed longer than a diameter of the radial dynamic pressure generating section RB so that a radial dynamic pressure, fixed using the length in the radial direction of the radial dynamic pressure generating section RB and the diameter of the radial dynamic pressure generating section RB as parameters, may become a predetermined minimum standard value or more.
