The cardiac pacemaker can include a docking or delivery feature having a through-hole disposed on or near a proximal end of the pacemaker for attachment to the delivery system. In some embodiments, the delivery catheter can include first and second tethers configured to engage the delivery feature of the pacemaker. The tethers, when partially aligned, can have a cross-sectional diameter larger than the through-hole of the delivery feature, and when un-aligned, can have a cross-sectional diameter smaller than the through-hole of the delivery feature. Methods of delivering the leadless cardiac pacemaker with the delivery system are also provided.

The retrieval catheter can include a torque shaft selectively connectable to a docking cap and be configured to apply rotational torque to a pacemaker to be retrieved. 摘要： A device for containing emboli within a left atrial appendage of a patient includes a frame that is expandable from a reduced cross section to an enlarged cross section and a slider assembly. The frame extends between a proximal hub and a distal hub, and the slider assembly is coupled to the distal hub of the frame. The slider assembly includes a guide tube that has a channel extending proximally away from the distal hub, and a nut. The nut is longitudinally moveable within the channel of the guide tube over a predetermined distance relative to the guide tube. The nut is operable to be releasably coupled with an elongate core, and movement of the nut relative to the guide tube is at least partially limited by interference between a portion of the nut and a portion of the guide tube.

The device is deployed at the foramen ovale to secure the septum primum and septum secundum together, thus sealing the patent foramen ovale. In one embodiment, the closure device is a coil that is delivered through the septum secundum and septum primum in an axially elongated state using a tissue piercing structure. After being delivered, the coil is released, causing the coil to axially shorten to pinch the septum primum and septum secundum together.

摘要： A delivery system for delivering and mounting a cardiac harness having electrodes on a heart including an elongate body having a proximal portion and a distal portion. The body includes a cavity sized to contain the cardiac harness and electrodes in a compacted configuration and also includes a plurality of elongate push rods movable with respect to the body. The cardiac harness and electrodes are releasably connected to the push rods such that, advancement of the push rods in a distal direction moves the cardiac harness and electrodes from a compacted configuration, within the cavity, to an expanded configuration, outside the cavity. The apparatus also includes a releasing member for releasing the connections between the push rods and the cardiac harness and electrodes upon actuation of the releasing member by a user.
