      SOLUTION: The fuel cell device includes the stack 1 in which a fuel cell is incorporated, and which has a gas inlet and a cooling medium inlet, and a dew point temperature adjustment part 4 which is attached to the stack 1 and adjusts a dew point temperature of a reaction gas containing steam before flowing into the gas inlet of the stack 1. The dew point temperature adjustment part 4 is equipped with a first cooling medium passage 41 in which the cooling medium flows before flowing into the cooling medium inlet of the stack 1, and a reaction gas passage 42 in which the reaction gas flows which is before flowing into the gas inlet of the stack 1 and which contains steam. The fuel gas passage 42 is arranged and installed along the first cooling medium passage 41 so as to be heat-exchangeable with the cooling medium flowing in the first cooling medium passage 41.

The exhaust gas passage 7 includes a dividing chamber group 79 formed with a plurality of dividing chambers 7f, 7s, 7t formed by dividing the stack 2 in the length direction; and a resistance member 100. The resistance member 100 increasing pressure drop in the exhaust gas than that in other dividing chambers is arranged in a high temperature-side dividing chamber where temperature in a state that the resistance member 100 is not arranged is relatively higher than that of other dividing chambers out of the dividing chamber group 79. The resistance member 100 increases evenness of the temperature of the exhaust gas in the length direction of the stack 2.
