The wire member 36 forms stepped engaging portions 38a, 38b by being folded like arrows, at both edges along a longitudinal direction of the sheath 35. Then the sheath 35 has openings 40 formed at both edges thereof, for protruding/withdrawing the engaging portions 38a, 38b therefrom/therein, and the engaging portions 38a, 38b are energized to the outside of the sheath 35, i.e. in a protruding direction, in normal times, by the elastic force of the wire member 36 itself.
