The switch generates reaction force at a reaction force generating part by applying a voltage to the crosslinking polyrotaxane gel at least once to change a modulus of elasticity of the reaction force generating part during a push-in operation.

The polyelectrolyte film is constituted of cation exchange resin having anion capture ability. Nonaqueous solvent is used for electrolytic solution. The viscosity of nonaqueous solvent is 0.3 mPa/sec. to 30.0 mPa/sec. in a temperature range of -30°C to 75°C, more preferably, 2.0 mPa/sec. to 30.0 mPa/sec.

A denatured crosslink polyrotaxane includes: a first polyrotaxane having a functional group with ion-exchange capability, with a first linear molecule included in a skewered manner at the opening of a first annular molecule; and a second polyrotaxane with a second linear molecule included in the skewered manner at the opening of the second annular molecule. Rings of the first and second annular molecules are substantive, and at least one of the first annular molecules is chemically connected to at least one of the second annular molecules. The touch panel is also provided by using the thin-film actuator.
