摘要： PURPOSE: To prevent an electric shock accident of an operator who performs conductor work of an overhead communication cable. CONSTITUTION: An upper side insulating box body half part 10 having a notch part 14 for a suspending wire in a side face plate part 13 and a lower side insulating box half part 1 having a notch part 6 for a suspending wire in a side face plate part 5, are put together in a box shape by hooking and uniting a hooking uniting hook part 18 and a hooking uniting shaft part 8 of respective front end parts, and a suspending wire support metal fitting insulating box- shaped cover 20 is constituted. A cable suspending wire support metal fitting D installed on an electric pole is wrapped in and covered with this insulating box-shaped cover 20, and an operator to perform conductor work by climbing on the electric pole is insulated and protected from high voltage induced on an overhead communication cable from a nearby transmission distribution line.

摘要： PURPOSE: To prevent a electric shock accident of an operator by wrapping and covering kinds of installing metal fittings of various cables installed on an electric pole. CONSTITUTION: Electric pole peripheral surface installing bellows-shaped insulating covers A having inserting connecting parts 5 and 10 are constituted in both end parts of a half pipe type bellows-shaped cover 1 having opening 2 by half-cutting an extensible-contactible flexible hollow bellows pipe made of an insulating material. These bellows-shaped insulating covers A are bent in a fan shape, and the opening 2 side is run along an electric pole peripheral surface, and the inserting connecting parts 5 and 10 of end parts are connected to each other, and a cable installing metal fitting of an electric pole is wrapped and covered. Therefore, even if high voltage is induced between an overhead communication cable and the installing metal fitting by a high voltage transmission distribution line in the vicinity of an overhead communication cable line, an accident when an operator on the electric pole electrically contacts the installing metal fitting can be prevented.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate assembling of a cable rack at a cable installation site by utilizing elasticity of materials such as a side girder member and a crisscross girder member horizontally installed against the side girder member. SOLUTION: The cable rack is formed of: a pair of side girder members 11 and 11 each having a supporting edge 13 provided on each of their lower ends and facing each other; and crisscross girder members horizontally installed between the supporting edges at intervals. Clearances g are provided on the supporting edges 13 where the crisscross members 21 are horizontally installed. The left and right edge parts 22 of the crisscross girder members 21 are to be press-inserted to these clearances between the side girder members 11 and the supporting edges. In this state, clamps 14 formed by cutting and pulling parts from the side girder members are provided.
