摘要： PURPOSE:To put fiber orientation in order in a sliding direction, and prevent the occurrence of welds by making the gate position of a mold as the position equivalent to one end of sides extending to the sliding direction of a lever, and injecting molten resin containing reinforced fibers through a gate and flowing it in the cavity along the direction equivalent to the sliding direction of the sliding surface. CONSTITUTION:A lever 1 comprises an insert 11 made of iron and a resin layer 12 wherein only one end of the insert 11 is exposed and the entire of the remained part is covered therewith. A gate 4 is provided on the end of a cavity 5 equivalent to the one end 10 of the lever 1, and molten resin containing aramid fibers is flowed in the direction of allow, and then the inside of the cavity 5 is filled therewith so as to mold the lever 1. In the sliding surface of the lever 1, the aramid fibers orientates along the sliding direction, as a result, there never occur any welds therearound.

摘要： PURPOSE:To simplify a forming die for an impeller by forming divided halves of an impeller for the inflowing side and for the outflowing side and uniting the two mutually in one body. CONSTITUTION:An impeller F is to be divided into two almost at a right angle to the axis direction and a half impeller 6 for the fluid inflowing side and another half impeller 8 for the outflowing side are to be formed into different forms using forming dies. After the half impeller 6 for the inflowing side and the half impeller 8 for the outflowing side are united mutually in one body, they are to be united to a ring member 13. Since the impeller is divided into two, it becomes easy to draw the impeller out form the forming die and the die can be made in a simplified structure.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a resin decorative product excellent in abrasion resistance and oil resistance by providing a decorative part on the single surface of a sheet composed of a polyamide type synthetic polymer material using isocyanate cured polyurethane type ink and applying an isocyanate cured polyurethane type adhesive to the surface printed with the decorative part of the sheet to integrate the sheet with the body. CONSTITUTION:A decorative part 2 is printed on the rear of a sheet 1 composed of a punched polyamide type synthetic polymer using isocyanate cured urethane type ink. Next, the sheet 1 is dried for about 1hr at room temp. and an isocyanate cured urethane type adhesive is applied to the entire rear of the sheet 1. The sheet 1 having the adhesive layer 3 formed thereto is inserted in the movable mold 21 of a mold so that the adhesive layer 3 becomes inside and, further, a resin composed of nylon 6 is injected in the fixed mold 22 of the mold from a cylinder through a runner 23. The resin is injected in the mold by this method and a resin plate 4 is taken out of the mold along with the integrally molded sheet 1 to obtain a molded product 5. By this constitution, effect excellent in abrasion resistance and oil resistance can be displayed.

This bearing 21 is molded as following. That is, the resin sheet 25 wherein on one surface, easy adhesion treatment is applied, and which has extendable and shrinkable property and low friction coefficient, is arranged in the cavity 31 of a mold 30 so as to place the surface 25a of easy adhesion-treatment inside. Next, the molten resin 26 containing the main component resin and the reinforcements is poured into the inner side of the resin sheet 25 in the cavity 31, and the main component resin and the reinforcements are integrally molded with the resin sheet 25. Consequently, the thrust bearing made of resin which has small sliding resistance, small abrasion wear, and does not damage the engaged parts, and further is fully durable for the transmission of torque at high temperature, is obtained.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable resin material to be applied to the bush and thrust lining of the resin parts of an automobile, while its linear expansion coefficient and friction coefficient are minimized by a method in which the resin material is composed of fatty polyamide, the polytetrafluoroethylene with a specified powder-grain size and carbon fiber. CONSTITUTION:The resin material for injection molding is the material containing 30-60wt.% of aliphatic polyamide, 70-40wt.% of polytetrafluoroethylene having 10-15mum of powder-grain size in average diameter and 5-25pts.wt. of carbon fiber per 100pts.wt. of the mixture of said materials, and having the capability of injection molding and low linear expansion coefficient and low friction coefficient. The bush and the thrust lining of an automobile are formed therefrom. The aliphatic polyamide having the melting point of 200 deg.C or higher is preferable, and the polyamide is preferably nylon 6 and/or nylon 66 from the point of heat resistance. Polytetrafluoroethylene is the powderlike polymer obtained by the suspension polymerization, solution polymerization and block polymerization, etc. of the tetrafluoroethylene. The carbon fiber is pitch type or polyacrylonitrile type, and its linear diameter is preferably 5-10mum.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a method for molding an insert which can be handled easily when an annular molded product having annular members arranged in an axial direction, is manufactured. After that, the semi-finished product thus obtained is taken out, and the outer periphery of the metal member 1 exposed of the semi-finished product is ground until the PES injected into the recessed part of the uneven surface and hardened, appears on the outer periphery to obtain a finished product.

Then since the thickness of the inner ring on an anti-gate side is short, the anti-gate side is made to dwell and a difference in perfect roundness between those of the anti-gate side and gate side becomes small.
