    • PURPOSE:To obtain the thrust bearing made of resin which has excellent mechanical property, heat resistance and less sliding friction and does not damage engaged parts by a method in which the surface layer of the position sliding on engaged parts is made of the resin sheet with low friction coefficient, and the other position is integrally molded with the material certaining main component resin and reinforcements. CONSTITUTION:In the thrust bearing 21 made of resin, the surface layer 23a sliding on engaged parts 3 is composed of the resin sheet 25 with low friction coefficient, and the other position is composed of the material containing main component resin and reinforcements. This bearing 21 is molded as following. That is, the resin sheet 25 wherein on one surface, easy adhesion treatment is applied, and which has extendable and shrinkable property and low friction coefficient, is arranged in the cavity 31 of a mold 30 so as to place the surface 25a of easy adhesion-treatment inside. Next, the molten resin 26 containing the main component resin and the reinforcements is poured into the inner side of the resin sheet 25 in the cavity 31, and the main component resin and the reinforcements are integrally molded with the resin sheet 25. Consequently, the thrust bearing made of resin which has small sliding resistance, small abrasion wear, and does not damage the engaged parts, and further is fully durable for the transmission of torque at high temperature, is obtained.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a pattern having good appearance and excellent in resistance to wear by discoloring the surface of a resin body showing a predetermined color and removing a part of the discolored surface layer of the resin body to expose the matrix of the resin body to develop a pattern such as a picture or a character. CONSTITUTION:For example, a phenolic resin molding material having a predetermined composition compounded with green pigment is injected in the molding cavity of a mold to mold an injection molded resin body 1 such as a cap for the engine room of a car. At this time, a protruding part 10 forming a picture meaning [oil injection pot] or a protruding part 11 forming a character [OIL] is formed to the upper surface part of the resin body 1 as a pattern. Next, the resin body 1 is heat-treated in a thermostatic tank and the entire surface of the resin body is oxidized and discolored to form a discolored surface layer 2 showing a black color different from the green color being the internal color of the resin body. Thereafter, the discolored surface layer 2 formed to the protruding part 10 or 11 is ground by a grinder to expose the green color of the matrix of the resin body.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the formation of a gas sump, the shift of a sheet and the release of the sheet after a resistance-to-moist heat cycle test by providing the recessed part opened to the design surface and side peripheral surface of a skin to the peripheral edge part of the design surface of the skin and providing the grasping part formed by filling the recessed part to a part of a substrate. CONSTITUTION:A resin molded body is, for example, the lid member of the oil tank of a car and constituted of a resin substrate 1 and the film-like skin 2 integrally bonded to the resin substrate 1. A recessed part 20 is filled with a part of the resin of the substrate 1 to form a grasping part 10 and the skin 2 is integrally bonded to the substrate 1. Therefore, in this resin molded body, even when a resistance-to-moist heat cycle test is performed, since the skin 2 is mechanically held to a part of the substrate 1 by the grasping part 10, the release of the skin 2 is prevented. Since the resin molded body can be prepared by a direct gate system, trouble such as a gas leak or the shift of the skin is also prevented.
