    • PURPOSE: To reduce interference of pressure between the tank port of a canister and an outer bent port by communicating an introducing pipe with the outer bent port and also setting the lower end opening position thereof from the low part of an adsorbent layer to specific height. CONSTITUTION: The lower end of a vapor guide 11 is opened in the upper layer of an adsorbent layer 2, and a distance L3 from the lower surface of an upper filter 4 is set to 10mm. The upper end of an introducing pipe 12 is communicated with an outer bent port 6, the lower end thereof is opened to the bottom part of the adsorbent layer 2, and a distance H from the upper surface of a lower filter 3 is set to 25mm or below. A distance (H+L1 ) from the upper surface of the lower filter 3 to the lower surface of the upper filter 4 is set to 60mm. L1 is a distance from the lower surface of the upper filter 4 to the lower end opening position of the introducing pipe 12. (L1 -L3 ) is thusly a pretty long so that pressure of evaporative fuel from a tank hardly exert influence upon the outer bent port 6. As a result, the evaporative fuel from a float chamber is easily let into a canister.
