    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of 2,6-naphthalenedicarboxylic acid is provided to increase energy collecting efficiency, recycle steam discharged from a steam turbine, and to remove corrosive materials in a solvent and unreacted materials. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of 2,6-naphthalenedicarboxylic acid comprises: a step of generating steam by using a condenser(13,15) to accept exhaust gas discharged from a distillation column which is installed in an upper part of a oxidation reactor(3) for oxidizing 2,6-dimethylnaphthalene; a step of converting the steam into energy by supplying the steam to a steam turbine(22); a step of increasing the temperature of a heat exchanger(26) in an upper part of a crystallization bath with heat generated through evaporating a part of a solvent in the crystallization bath; a step of re-circulating the steam to the condenser; and a step of recycling the energy converted in the steam turbine into a mix-solving bath(2) and the oxidation reactor.
