    • PURPOSE: A method for adaptively allocating power for forward communication channels in an OFDMA(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiple Access) system is provided to maximize the capacity of a system using the limited power of a base station by allocating an optimum adaptive power value to a communication channel in the case of setting up the communication channel. CONSTITUTION: If a user transmits a channel request signal to a base station through his mobile terminal(S310), the base station regards it as a request for a new communication channel, grasps the location of the mobile terminal, and calculates the distance with the mobile terminal(S320). The base station calculates a communication channel power value allocated to the calculated distance(S330). Then the base station confirms its own total power in order to judge whether the calculated power allocated to the communication channel is acceptable(S340).     • PURPOSE: A method for processing data using a temporal Window in an AP(Access Point) in a high speed mobile Internet is provided to prevent service quality from being deteriorated due to traffic delay or loss by processing data frames after periodically checking transmitted traffics using a temporal Window and judging whether data frames arrive within a Window setting time. CONSTITUTION: An AP, after checking the TTI(Transmission Time Interval) of data frames transmitted from a PAR(Packet Access Router) or an AT(Access Terminal), examines whether data frames are periodically transmitted from the PAR or the AT(S300,S302). Then the AP checks whether data frames are received within a Window setting time(S304). If a data frame has been received within the Window setting time, the AP checks whether the received data frame has arrived before current LTOA(Latest Time Of Arrival)(S314). In case that the received data frame has arrived before current LTOA, the AP processes the received data frame using a DSP and transmits it to the PAR or the AT(S316). However, if a data frame has not been received within the Window setting time, the AP checks whether the received data frame has arrived before ToAWS(Time of Arrival Window Startpoint)(S308).
