    • A device and a method for managing an inventory in an Internet-based multi-stage distribution collaborative system are provided to automatically supply goods to a PMI member distributor by sharing correct sale/inventory information among PMI member companies and estimating demand based on sale/inventory quantity of the PMI member distributor. A distribution manager(421) updates/manages the inventory of an inventory storing part(424) by checking a warehouse/delivery quantity of each product, determines to automatically supply the product to each distributor by checking the inventory of each distributor through a PMI approval of a web server(41), and calculates an optimal order quantity of the product according to a determination result. A supply order generator(422) generates the optimal order quantity to each distributor and generates/stores a supply order to a sale information storing part(425) by receiving confirmation or change of a product warehouse reservation from each distributor. A sale order generator(423) generates and stores a sale order of each distributor to the sale information storing part by automatically supplying the product to each distributor based on the supply order.

    • A system and a method for postage adjustment of bulk mail are provided to a user to imprint directly postage on the bulk mails and to transport it to a post office, thereby reducing waiting time of the user. A transmitter(215) charges and maintains postage and receives postage charging information from a data center. A postage charger(220) charges the postage according to the postage charging information. A postage adjustment part(235) calculates a postage necessary to deliver bulk mail respectively to be adjusted from the charged postage. A postage imprinting part(240) imprints the postage about the bulk mail including the adjusted postage information. The transmitter transmits the postage imprinting result to a post office server.
