    • PURPOSE: A remote rig assembly apparatus is provided to allow assembly procedures to be easily performed and reduce assembly time by transporting nuclear reactor into the rig through a remote control. CONSTITUTION: A remote rig assembly apparatus(200) comprises a main body(207) having a screw thread formed at the outer surface of the main body, and which is constituted by four concave portions(207a) and convex portions(207b); a gripper(204) disposed onto the convex portion of the main body, and which holds a lower end plate of the rig; an upper handle(203) coupled to the screw thread of the main body so as to operate the gripper; a ring(208) inserted into the main body such that the ring is positioned underneath the upper handle; a central shaft holder(202) disposed in the main body, and which has a rig center shaft inserted into the central shaft holder, wherein the central shaft holder is bolt-coupled with the ring through the concave portion of the main body; a lower handle(201) coupled to the screw thread of the main body, and which moves the central shaft holder in a vertical direction; a fixing board(211) where the lower portion of the main body is mounted in such a manner that the main body is rotatable by a main body center shaft(206); a support spring connected to both sides of the main body center shaft; a base plate(210) where the fixing board is installed; a support board mounted onto the base plate; and four wheels arranged underneath the base plate.

    • PURPOSE: A non-instrumented capsule for examining and testing nuclear fuel is provided to make remote assembly and disassembly, transport distributed load and raise structural stability and reliability by maximizing cooling capacity. CONSTITUTION: A non-instrumented capsule for examining and testing nuclear fuel includes followings. A testing device is stored and installed to nuclear fuel collection. The nuclear fuel collection is inserted to a capsule barrel(8). Assistant tubes(10,12) are inserted to the upper and lower part of the capsule barrel(8) to place the nuclear fuel collection at the center of the capsule barrel(8). The upper and lower end-plates(13,7) installed to the upper and lower parts of the capsule barrel(8) form the structure of the nuclear fuel collection. The upper guide installed to the upper part of the upper end-plates(13) prevents the disturbance of the capsule. The lower guide installed to the lower part of the lower end-plates(7) prevents the disturbance of the capsule.
