    • PURPOSE: A water-resistant and root-resistant modified asphalt composition is provided to stably maintain the durability of a building. CONSTITUTION: A water-resistant and root-resistant modified asphalt composition comprises 30-56 weight% oxidation modified asphalt, 1-8 weight% rubber reforming agent, 20-40 weight% plasticizer, 20-40 weight% mineral stabilizer, 2-8 weight% vegetable fiber stabilizer, and 0.3-5 weight% root resistant additive formed by 2-(4chloro-2-methyl phenoxy)-propionicacid octyl ester. The rubber reforming agent is formed by the mixing of one or more rubbers selected from a SBS(styrene butadiene styrene)-based rubber, a SB(styrene butadiene)-based rubber, a SEBS(styrene ethylene butadiene styrene)-based rubber, SIS(styrene isoprene styrene)-based rubber.

    • PURPOSE: An asphalt-concrete binder composition and a method for manufacturing the same are improve the stability and durability of the asphalt-concrete binder composition by including straight asphalt, polyphosphoric acid, an anti-stripping agent, and a solvent. CONSTITUTION: An asphalt-concrete binder composition includes 55-93 weight% of straight asphalt, 1-10 weight% of polyphosphoric acid, 0.1-5 weight% of an anti-stripping agent, and 5-30 weight% of a solvent. The anti-stripping agent is formed by mixing one or more of a phosphate-based anti-stripping agent, fatty amine salt, and alkylamido-imidazo-polyamine. The solvent is a slowly curing type solvent. The straight asphalt is reacted with polyphosphoric acid to obtain modified asphalt. The anti-stripping agent is mixed with the modified asphalt to obtain a modified asphalt mixture. The modified asphalt mixture is mixed with a solvent.
