    • A waterproof construction apparatus is provided to improve the quality of the construction by uniformly forming an area where waterproof sheets overlaps with each other. A waterproof construction apparatus comprises a container(120), a waterproof sheet supplier(210) and a pressuring unit(400). The container(120) stores waterproof coating material(11) for coating a floor(10) of a structure therein. An outlet valve(110) is installed at a bottom part of the container to discharge the waterproof coating material(11). The waterproof sheet supplier(210) supplies a waterproof sheet(12) onto the waterproof coating material(11) after the waterproof coating material(11) is coated on the floor(10) of the structure. The pressuring unit(400) pressurizes the waterproof sheet(12) against the floor(10) of the structure so that the waterproof sheet(12) is closely adhered to the floor(10).

A waterproofing agent comprises 100 parts by weight of a first solution which comprises 70-85 wt% of the urethane prepolymer prepared by reacting an aliphatic diisocyanate and a polyether oligool, and 15-30 wt% of an aromatic hydrocarbon; 60-100 parts by weight of 87.5-98.4 wt% of emulsified asphalt, 1-10 wt% of an aggregation preventer and carbon dioxide scavenger; 0.5-2.0 wt% of a pH controller and stabilizer; and 0.1-0.5 wt% of a thickener; and 20-40 parts by weight of cement, lime or their mixture.

    • A method for repairing bridge surface is provided to complete maintenance work on the problematic area at much shorter time, and allow the work to be done at night, and to prohibit reflective cracking by attaching a waterproof sheet, composed of a non-woven layer and a polymer modified asphalt layer, on the surface of the problematic area. Sand is coated on an upper surface and a protective sheet is disposed on an underside of the waterproof sheet respectively. A method for repairing bridge surface comprises the steps of: removing the existing pavement; coating the surface with a primer when the existing pavement is removed, wherein the primer is a polymer modified asphalt; removing a protective sheet(120) from the bottom of a waterproof sheet(100) and attaching the waterproof sheet on the primer layer; and smoothing the surface of the waterproof sheet. A method of attaching the waterproof sheet comprises the steps of: cutting the front end of the protective sheet widthwise; removing the front part of the protective sheet from the front end and attaching the front part of the exposed waterproof sheet; and removing middle and rear parts of the protective sheet and attaching the exposed middle and rear parts of the waterproof sheet. The waterproof sheet is composed of a polymer modified asphalt layer(110), the detachable protective sheet attached at the underside of the asphalt layer, and a non-woven layer(130) impregnated on the asphalt layer. The non-woven fabric can be a polyester non-woven fabric(130a). Sand(140) or talc is coated on an upper surface of the non-woven fabric layer.

    • A TPO modified asphalt waterproof sheet and a method for a complex waterproof construction using the same are provided to reduce the construction time and the construction cost by obtaining waterproof sheet and waterproof coating structures through one construction work. A TPO modified asphalt waterproof sheet comprises a non-woven fabric(110) and a TPO modified asphalt which is coated on a top surface of the non-woven fabric(110). The non-woven fabric(110) includes glass fiber polyester. The glass fiber polyester has a tensile strength of about 8.2kgf/cm or more, an expansion coefficient of about 30% or more, and a dimensional stability of about ±1.0% or less. Sand(130) or talc is coated on a top surface of a coating layer(120) of the TPO modified asphalt.
