    • PURPOSE: A pH sensitive optical image probe and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to observe the fluorescence signal recovery of extinct by the pH change within a cell through manufacturing pH sensitive self-assembly particles which fluorescence dye is sealed. CONSTITUTION: A pH-sensitive optical image probe comprises a hydrophobic pH-sensitive polymer, a hydrophilic anionic polymer, and an amphiphilic near infrared fluorescence dye. The pH-sensitive optical image probe is a self-assembly particle in which the hydrophilic anionic polymer surrounds the hydrophobic pH-sensitive polymer in an aqueous solution, and is self-quenched by being sealed in particles through the physical contact of fluorescence dye with the polymers. The pH-sensitive optical image probe shows the fluorescence color by de-assembling the self-assembly particle in a weak acidic condition and by releasing the fluorescence dye.
