摘要： A background video player, a method for processing moving images on a background screen using the same, and a computer-readable storage medium for storing a program for execution of either of them. A background overlay unit (11) receives a play video file list from a play list scheduler (13) in response to a control command from a control panel (14). The overlay unit (11) also detects a used amount of system resources through a system monitor (12), and then reproduces a moving image on the background screen when the detected system resource used amount is not extremely large or the background screen is not fully hidden. A user can program a plurality of moving images in a desired play order. Upon occurrence of a specific event, the user can view a preselected moving image a moving image downloaded over the Internet or a real-time event moving image from a Web camera.

摘要： PURPOSE: A medium player for playing moving picture on the background of the screen and the processing method for moving picture for using it and a computer-readable storage medium for executing the above medium player or method are provided to run a moving picture file on the wall paper and to selectively display a moving picture by grasping the resource of a system. CONSTITUTION: The moving picture media player(10) on the paper wall includes an overlay unit(11), a system monitoring unit(12), a play list scheduling unit(13), a control unit(14), an event processing unit(15), and a web connecting unit(16). The overlay unit transmits a signal to a display system(22) to overlay an appointed moving picture on the paper wall. If a system is overloaded or the paper wall is fully covered, the system monitoring unit temporarily stops the play of the moving picture. The play list scheduling unit transmits a play file list and a reservation play file list to the overlay unit. The control unit controls the running, stoppage, and suspension of the moving picture. The event processing unit transmits a streaming command of a real-time even moving picture to the overlay unit by periodically communicating with a moving picture service server(30).

CONSTITUTION: A server is inputted with the contents to overlay on a moving picture selected by a user(S110). Herein, the contents are a hypertext character, a banner, a photograph, a picture, an e-mail, an aroma, and audio information. The editing information including the overlay position information, shape information, synthesizing information, and play time is generated(S120). A script including the editing information and the contents data information is generated(S130). The encoded moving picture data and the script are transmitted to a user computer(S140). A user receives the moving picture data and the script(S200). The user decodes the moving picture data and synthesizes the contents to the moving picture(S210). The moving picture overlaid with the synthesized contents is played(S220).
