    • Si 및 MSi를포함하는코어부; 및상기코어부상에 Si 및다수의기공을포함하는쉘부를포함하며, 상기 MSi에서, M은 2A, 3A, 4A족원소및 전이금속으로이루어진군에서선택되는하나이상의원소이고, 1≤x≤4이며, 1≤y≤4인것을특징으로하는다공성실리콘계음극활물질, 및이의제조방법에관한것이다. 본발명의일 실시예에따르면, 충방전시음극활물질의부피팽창을최소화함으로써리튬이차전지의용량특성및 수명특성을향상시킬수 있다. 또한, 본발명의일 실시예에따른다공성실리콘계음극활물질의제조방법에따르면, MSi(금속실리사이드) 상및 Si 상이균일하게분포된 Si-MSi합금에에칭조건을조절함으로써기공의형성깊이, 기공의직경및 내부공극률을제어하여상기 Si-MSi합금을포함하는코어부와 Si 및다수의기공을포함하는쉘부를포함하는다공성실리콘계음극활물질을용이하게제조할수 있다.
    • 本发明涉及一种多孔硅基负极活性材料,其包括:包含Si和M_xSi_y的核心部分; 以及在芯部上包含Si和多个孔的外壳部分,其中M_xSi_y的M为选自2A,3A和4A族的元素和过渡金属的至少一种元素, = x <= 4和1 <= y <= 4,以及其制备方法。 根据本发明的实施例,通过使负极活性物质在充放电时的体积膨胀最小化,能够提高锂二次电池的容量特性和寿命特性。 另外,本发明的实施方式的多孔质硅系负极活性物质的制造方法,通过调整Si-Si系的蚀刻条件,可以控制孔的形成深度,孔的直径,内孔, 其中金属硅化物(M_xSi_y)相和Si相均匀分布的M_xSi_y合金,因此可以容易地制造包括Si-M_xSi_y合金的核心部分和包括Si和壳体部分的多孔硅基负极活性材料,其包括Si和 多孔。

    • PURPOSE: A negative electrode active material for a lithium secondary battery and its preparation method are provided, to improve cycle lifetime and to obtain a high capacity by preventing the mechanical breakage of an active material. CONSTITUTION: The negative electrode active material comprises a composite comprising a Si phase fine particle and an oxide surrounding the Si phase particle; and a carbon material. Preferably the oxide comprises a material selected from the group consisting of Al, Ti, Zr, Nb, Cr, Fe, Li, Mn, Ni, Co, Sn, V, In, Cr, Y, Ge, Ta, Mg, Ca, Mo, Sb, Ti, Zr, P, B, N and their mixture. Preferably the surface of the negative electrode active material is modified by coating a low crystalline or amorphous carbon material. The method comprises the steps of mixing a silicon oxide and a material having an abstract value of oxide formation enthalpy (ΔH_for) greater than that of the silicon oxide and a negative oxide formation enthalpy value by the mechanochemical process or thermochemical reaction to reduce the silicon oxide to prepare the composite; and mixing the composite and the carbon material.
